Location: • Petrol station/general store/surf shop, close by (approx. 2km’s) • Surf school at the caravan park catering to all ages • Short drive (approx. 7km’s) to Woolgoolga where you’ll find a supermarket, specialty stores, beach and award winning cafés & restaurants Internal Features: • Sleeps 6: 3 Bedrooms (2x Queen Beds & 2x Single Beds with (king doona covers) ) • 6 Seater dining table • Wonderful living area with flat screen TV • Updated and well equipped kitchen • Neat & tidy bathroom with separate toilet • Internal Laundry • Ceiling fans in all bedrooms • Reverse cycle air-conditioning in living area • **LINEN not included- Hire available: $50 per booking Nespresso machine External Features: • Tranquil gardens providing privacy • Outdoor dining area with BBQ • Outdoor shower • Storage for the surf boards • Single Carport PETS ALLOWED (ONLY OUTSIDE)

Not pet friendly as our puppies escaped and ordered linen and the linen on the bed had no sheets

Amazing location, the beaches were uncrowded and beautiful, our family had a relaxing holiday and it was the perfect stop over on our way up to the Sunshine Coast

Stay was convenient though I did not realise that going to agent was required before entry.

Great location and easy to get to from Highway. House provided all we needed.
Short stroll to beach and the grandkids liked the wildlife.
A short drive to shops and other local attractions. Noticed a courtesy bus available to a local club.
Main purpose of our trip was to spend Easter together with family members.

Had a wonderful stay at this well appointed property. The home is set on a large block with ample room for our boat and 2 cars. We will return.

My little family and I enjoyed our stay in Arrawarra. The property has a really nice comfy feel to it and was so close the essential shops and the beach. Our Christmas getaway was awesome.

The house was lovely, with everything you could need except..
BBQ was so rusty bits of metal flew off as it was heating, out door couch was dirty and covered in animal poo, house smelt musty when 1st entered, clearly hadn't been recently aired out.
A layer of dust and dead ants in bathroom and 3rd bedroom. Lock to shed with advertised activity items was rusted closed.
As we arrived on a weekend there was not way to contact property manager unless we deemed it an emergency.
Furthermore the location was fantastic but be warned beach access is restricted to day light hours due to the need to go through a private workers camp to get to the beach. Defiantely would have like a heads up about that on the listing as we like evening walks after dinner on the beach.
When realeaste was told they were apologetic but clearly had these complaints before and there was no recompense. Wont be staying again which is a shame because as I said, the house and garden are truly a perfect beach getaway.

There is everything you need at the property, and it was so clean :)
If you're bringing your own sheets, note that the doona covers on the 2 queen beds are actually a king size, which isn't listed by the real estate.
There is also a Nespresso machine!
We had a very stressful check-in due to a mistake made by the real estate but other than that it was wonderful.

What a great holiday. House was great. Use of surfboards appreciated. The kids learnt to surf very quickly. 10 minute walk to the beach. Could only be improved by a nice armchair to relax in after my busy day. 100% rating and already looking to book for next year and beyond. Thank you.

Liked the spot but the manager left it quite late to contact us about the keys. In fact, we had to call him in the day! But friendly and helpful all the same.
