Welcome to this cozy and peaceful condo bedroom in central Scottsdale, the perfect spot for your ideal relaxation. This room is just a stone's throw away from all of the best local attractions, including the Salt River Fields baseball stadium, Old Town Scottsdale, OdySea Aquarium, butterfly wonderland, skydiving, Talking Stick Casino Resort, and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park, which is conveniently located right across the street. This private room offers a cozy queen bed and a full-size sofa bed (53" * 83"), without a kitchen, accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy complete privacy with no shared spaces. Formerly part of Scottsdale Days Inn, now privately owned, it was designed for comfort at a convenient location, featuring a full bathroom and a sunny patio overlooking a grassy lawn, perfect for observing the playful antics of birds and bunnies. As our guest, you have access to some of the amenities of the nearby Scottsdale Independence 47 hotel, including free parking spots, cable TV, pool and hot tub. The heated swimming pool is a short walk from your unit, open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. you'll be able to see the swimming pool from the hotel lobby, which is only a couple of minutes' walk from your room The laundry room is centrally located on the second floor behind the elevator. We give our guests space but are available when needed. Please inform the hosts of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately. If you run into trouble to book the room, please massage us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

I enjoyed my stay, as it was just perfect for a short business trip. Teresa, the property manager was very accessible. The only thing I can complain about is that the bed was too soft, but it was enough to have a good night rest. Thank you!

We had trouble getting ahold of the host to get into the property. The pictures on the vrbo website look a lot better than the state of the property when we were there. We tried canceling our reservation but ended up having to stay one night and then canceling the rest of our stay.

So we stay there from Thursday really really really really late so almost Friday or Friday morning till Tuesday morning and the towels were tight to towels which wasn’t enough. There was no water as a complementary gift. There was no extra blankets if it was cold or chilly for either of us. And the biggest thing was the fact that I had ask her What the address was to the place so I can give it to my cousin that was staying with me and she was like you don’t even have a booked reservation you need to contact VRBO even though it was paid in full. Clueless host and I’m not really friendly host. Oh and the so called heated pool was not so heated it was freezing. I don’t know what their heated meant but from my neck of the woods meant it meant warmth and this was not warm at all!

I had my reservations about booking this property but glad I read all the reviews and listened to them. Expected an old days inn room and found a comfortable peaceful home away from home. Exceptionally clean-updated little room with great little touches to make it perfect. Did all the tourist things and relaxed by the pool or in the hot tub everyday. Unless you’re looking for something with a nightly mortgage-like payment like the “W” - this is worth a look. Owner was so quick with responses and super friendly! We will be back.

It was smaller than expected. More dated than I had thought and the pool and hot tub were mor run down than expected. The location for kids and spring training baseball is 5 star. Tons of activities. The room was less desirable than I was hoping. Theresa the owner is very helpful.

Lovely oasis

Comfortable beds. Pool was lovely. Good location. Teresa responded quickly to requests and was pleasant.

Challenging checkin process. Purchased stay on Expedia but really was a VRBO rental. Too many emails. Not clear how to enter unit, or even find the key. Took an extra 30 min to get in the room. Room is nice and clean property is decent and safe. Worth the stay, but again - need to cut the email clutter and all the logins to find details. Property owner was very responsive and after contacting her a couple times we were able to figure out how to get into the unit.
