Weeden Cottage is in the heart of the Historic District of Old St. Augustine known as Lincolnville. Minutes walk to historic sites, Flagler College, restaurants, museums, galleries, and shopping. Our cottage is custom designed and modern with 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. It's outfitted with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We would love to have you at Weeden Cottage and hope you have a wonderful time! You are within walking distance to historic (Oldest City) St. Augustine, established in the year 1565, and a 15 minute drive to St Augustine Beach, Vilano Beach, the St. Augustine Amphitheater and Farmers Market. The St. Augustine Distillery and the farm to table restaurant The Ice Plant is only a half block away. The St. Augustine Fish Camp is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner. Dog Rose Brewery is a 5 min walk. Weeden Cottage is small but mighty! At 960 square feet, it has all you need: one bedroom with king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, a Jack-&-Jill bathroom, another powder room, and a fully equipped kitchen... although the restaurants are so good you'll be sure to go out to eat! We have 2 cruiser bikes, beach chairs and a small BBQ grill available in the shed. There is a cozy porch to sit and have a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Oldest City in the United States. Extend your stay! We had a group of 4 adults and the house worked great. We were there over Christmas, and it was easy enough to get into the heart of the Nights of Light festivities. We loved the characteristic and history of the Lincolnville neighborhood, and also the house. But the updated amenities of the house, especially the beautiful kitchen was nice, and appreciated as well. We watched Christmas movies, played games, and got plenty of rest in the comfy beds, and stayed nourished from the many restaurants within either a walk or short drive. Loved the stay and hope to soon be back in the area to stay here again.

Sweet little house with so much charm! Clean, updated, well stocked, comfy beds. Great location within walking distance of restaurants shops, museums. Great hosts that are very responsive. Perfect place for your stay in St. Augustine!

We loved this house! It was perfect for our getaway and immaculate. It was exactly what we were looking for, within walking distance of several restaurants that had been on our list to visit. Also within walking distance was one of the trolley stops. When we come back to St. Augustine, we will seek out this house first.

Weeden Cottage is perfect. The owners really know how to set up and maintain a perfect rental. It has everything you could need and more. Super clean, adorably decorated and comfortable. The owners were super easy to communicate with and made it very easy to check in and check out. The cottage is located right around the corner from Trolley stop 11 which made it so easy to get around town without a car. Also within walking distance to some great restaurants. We will most definitely rent this property again.

The property was just what we needed for our short stay in St. Augustine. The home was clean and well equipped, and we were very comfortable. Location is great, close to most everything, quiet residential neighborhood. Hosts were easy to work with and responsive to our inquiries.

Todd was great at communicating all the details regarding the house and the area. The house was adorable. They have thought of absolutely everything that may be needed during our stay. The only thing negative for some would be that it is not closer to St George street. We didn’t mind the walk but may be harder for some. As a note, we loved the Ice Plant ( very close by) The Tini Martini Bar & Harry’s Seafood.

The Weeden Cottage is located in a charming historic neighborhood, within an easy and scenic walk to everything Saint Augustine has to offer. Such a cozy and well-appointed home--we couldn't have been happier! Our host was in constant communication before our arrival, making sure we had everything we needed.

Charming cottage with many small amenities that add up, ie laundry detergent, dryer sheets, ample dishes etc. Recommend for adult couple with great access to downtown so you can park and leave your car for most events.

Everything was awesome. Place is beautiful. Host was very easy to communicate with. Definitely will go myself and husband next time. This was for my son's honeymoon. They loved it.

LOVED our stay in this adorable cottage! Todd & Kristi were amazing hosts! They made sure that all our needs at the cottage were met and then some!..They were a big help with recommendations for attractions and restaurants! The cottage is very close to everything! You will not want for anything while staying here ...expect to feel sad when you leave! We will be back in May!

What a great St Augustine experience. The property was exactly what we were looking for in accommodations and the hosts were most gracious. We are walkers and foodies so perfect location for both. Lincolnville history was fascinating to explore. A couple of neighborhood eateries kept us close to home for a great food experience, St Augustine Fish Camp is a must try. There are drawers in the bedrooms and bathroom for all of your belongings. The owners took the time to label the light switches which is helpful. In addition, information is provided about the area including restaurant recommendations.
The location is perfect. In close walking distance is a winery, distillery and restaurants. The St. Augustine Fish Camp is a short walk and offers excellent fish. (Make reservations!) A trolley stop is next to the distillery if you choose to take the trolley downtown. We walked downtown for museums, restaurants, sights and shopping. We did purchase trolley tickets and take a tour to get history, sights and frankly take a break from walking around on a hot day.
I would definitely recommend and stay at Weeden Cottage for
future visits to St. Augustine.

The Lincolnville connection
So comfortable. So relaxing. So easy.
The Lincolnville locale is only a few blocks away from Olde Town and all of its attractions. The House has everything one needs to have a comfortable experience. Our hosts Todd and Kristi are very open and responsive to any inquiries. The only time we used our car was to go to the beaches. I have to add that the best restaurant experience we had was 2 blocks away at the St. Augustine Fish Camp.

Not just a cottage -- this is a home away from home!
Wow- beautiful home with all the right touches. It even gave us some ideas for our home - like bath vents on a timer switch, half height drawer type dishwasher. Just excellent. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and my wife slept better than she ever sleeps these days. Plus, it's very, very quiet.
The location is walkable to almost everything in the old town area as well as Ice Plant (Restaurant / bar) and Blue Hen (breakfast/lunch) very close by. And don't get me started on St Augustine itself - we went there for the annual lights but fell in love with it to go year round. Just so much to see and do or... just relax on the front porch. My wife said she's never seen me sit still for so long! This was a "staycation" for us as we live the Atlantic coast just two hours south. But this was like being a continent away with the vibe and and sights. Just great!
Todd and Kristi supplied perfect directions and information and are wonderful hosts. Todd had everything ready for us including two bikes when we arrived. I feel like we've made friends for life and we'll definitely be back.
You can't go wrong choosing The Cottage in Lincolnville. We highly recommend it!
