Great value for the money

Three cute is amazing. The room is cozy and clean. You can connect your phone to the TV using Bluetooth and WiFi.

There is no smart TV, just the cable channels.

Fint hotell, vanskelig å kommunisere med personalet

Fresht, fremstår som nytt og fin utsikt. God variasjon i frokosten. 250m til stranden Fint basseng på toppen

Samtlige i personalet kan svært lite engelsk; de har ikke mulighet til å komminusere hva man bør se og gjøre i området, restaurantanbefalinger eller hjelpe med bestilling av turer eller annen transport. Når de ikke kan si noe om området, blir man litt "tvunget" til å dra inn til sentrum hvor det er lettere å finne steder å spise og ting å gjøre. Ganske hard seng.

Если добавить гантели в тренажерный зал, будет вообще супер

Красивый вид из окна, балкон, удобная кровать, новая мебель, отличные завтраки, каждый день что-то новое. Есть маленький тренажерный зал. Было бы здорово, если бы добавили гантели. Там для них как раз есть место.

Не очень качественная уборка, балкон ни разу не убирали, постельное белье ни разу не поменяли за 10 дней. Каждое утро в 6 часов будит колокольный звон и в школе рядом очень громко кричат в громкоговоритель. Это не вина отеля, но лучше знать о такой особенности.

1. Хороший шведский стол.😊 Жаль один день был ограничен по блюдам, тк постояльцев было меньше, чем обычно. 2. Номер с хорошим видом на море. 3. Бассейн а крыше с отличным обзорный видом на море и город👀 4. Кофе, чай и вода в номер ежедневно. 5. Удобное расположение в 150 м от пляжа, также близко до рынка. В целом хороший отель по адекватной цене. Вполне воюероятно, что заедем ещё сюда. Благодарим за гостеприимство🙏

В предпоследний день, кто-то из соседей курил в номере, а вентиляция видимо общая и к нам через туалет зашло много дыма, что проветривание даже полностью не помогло🤣

Love the sea view at noon, fantastic

Fantastic sea view. Gorgeous hotel design, especially the reception area is big like a 5-star hotel. Spacious elevator, great gym.

The staff are not well-trained and look unprofessional. I thought this is a big hotel so I expect the staff to be more professional. I hope the next time I visit it again, this will be changed.

Good value for money.

Clean, good size room with a great pool and fantastic views.

Not many eating options near by. Had to walk about 15 mins away to the more populated area to get food.

Thất vọng vô cùng về thái độ của lễ tân nam

Nhân viên lễ tân (bạn nam) rất kì cục. Mình phải sử dụng từ "kì cục" là bởi vì mình book phòng 3N2Đ, tuy nhiên mình đến checkin lúc 5h sáng hôm đó, bạn ấy tiếp đón ko hề niềm nở. Trong quá trình làm thủ tục nhận phòng đến khi kết thúc bạn ấy không hề nói 1 tiếng đến khi mình hỏi xong chưa thì bạn ấy trợn ngược 2 mắt kêu "xong rồi còn đứng làm gì nữa?" Thật sự service như vậy quá kém cỏi. Ko biết có phải vì mình là người VN họ không thèm tiếp đón ko nhưng chắc chắn là mình sẽ ko bao giờ ghé lại đây 1 lần nào nữa. Tuy nhiên, giá phòng khá rẻ, tương đối sạch (điểm trừ là dọn vệ sinh ko sạch lắm, túi dầu gội nhỏ rớt xuống khe thoát nước mà để từ lúc mình nhận phòng đến khi trả phòng vẫn còn đó), view biển đẹp, phù hợp giá tiền.

Bữa sáng được thay đổi thực đơn hàng ngày, phòng ban công ngắm toàn cảnh thành phố và biển. Cực kỳ dễ chịu. Nhân viên hỗ trợ, tư vấn nhiệt tình.

Disappointed about the receptionist!

- Close to Hon Chong beach where we can paddle the SUPs, but a bit far from city center - comfortable beds, room quite small compare to other locations

THE RECEPTIONISTS! We met 2 receptionists, a girl in the morning and a man at night shift. we booked Deluxe room with high floor, in Booking.com they stated that the room has a bathtub (my friend paid more money for the room), but when we got in the room (around 10pm) there wasn't a bathtub as described, we called the man receptionist but he said not every Deluxe High floor room has a bathtub, it's just the picture on they advertised on booking, they don't even apologized or gave us any compensation but an unacceptable attitude. They even blaimed us that we don't make note with them about the bathtub, but that's what Booking.com shows about the room, why do we have to note?? It was kinda late so we don't want to disturb others. But you should check with them before you book a room to make sure you have your suitable room. He even said that every hotels all do the same things about putting fake room pictures on Booking.com. No!, only Senia. I have been staying at a lot of hotels for business and leisure trips, from normal to luxury ones, but this is the first time I experienced such a bad service from a 4-star hotel. Unacceptable! Not bad.

Located near beach, can watch the beautiful sunrise over the sea and playing in the sea.

The room was not well soundproofed enough to hear people talking in the aisle outside the door. Breakfast lacks variety, the same every day, coffee doesn't taste no good. The swimming pool was poorly managed and someone threw garbage into the pool.

It was quiet, normal price. You can eat cheaply in nearby local cafes.

Quite an old repair, in some places it was dirty. Cleaning came to us on Saturday at 8 am, they woke us up. If the hotel is not occupied, but there is no buffet, they will make breakfast individually, but always the same: soup, scrambled eggs, a tasteless drink. When the hotel is settled, they open a buffet and there is more choice. There was smoking in the corridor near the elevator, the smell reached into the room. The hotel is located outside the city, away from the main traffic and decent cafes. When we booking, the "Booking" promised a free transfer from the airport, but it was not possible to book it, because the default was another airport and it was not possible to change it.

Honestly the best thing about this hotel is how comfy and big the beds are. I got so obsessed with the bed that I lifted up the sheets to get the name of the brand so that I can buy it for my home.

Room had a nice view to the sea. Towels and bathropes were clean and nice to were. Room was also nice size. Having a pool and gym is always good!

No air conditioning in the gym room made it too hot to workout. Also I cut my leg in the pool to something very sharp. Staff was helpful but didn't give much compensation when we asked. In the room a lot of hair around even though it was cleaned.

this hotel has big problems about their staff, especially FO. My husband & I were walking into the hotel dragging our luggage, at that time a guy I supposed is bellman was watering, he saw us and our 2 cases, he turned away and continued wetting the plants (?). Then we came to front desk, the girl there looked at us with so inhospitable eyes. When I showed her my booking number on phone, she even pretended not to see and just asked me to read my name, it seemed to be a weird situation when i took out my phone and then had to take it back when no response was received for 15s. She gave us room card with no instructions for breakfast time or floor location of restaurant or anything till I asked. During that time, I didn't see a single smile from her. It made me feel like I was begging to stay, with her specific strength, I think this girl can use them in state-owned enterprises instead of hospitality field. It were bad feelings at my very first time here. I will never comeback this hotel.
