Very good

Easy check-in (done entirely remotely), responsive and helpful staffs (reachable through chat on the app), bigger rooms than same-price hotels. almost like renting an apartment, feels more like at home. good if you prefer to cook when traveling. oven, bowls, cooking utensils ready.

cleaning was not thorough. kettles had stains. shower curtain smelled very bad. location was not vert good. neighborhood a bit sketchy. closest store/cafe was 15 minute walk away. A bus stop was right in front of the building though.

Would definitely recommend but the parking leaves a lot to be desired

Felt very secure, was clean and updated

There was no where to park, and when asked about parking directed to a website that directed you to other parking garages in the area. All of the parking required a several min walk, which was uncomfortable as were were getting back to the facility after 11pm each night

Amazing Apartment, very comfy and Spotless

It amazing Apartment, very spacious, a proper 1BHK, Clean and spotless, What impressed me more was the digital access and self service, self-check-in and self check out, The location is very close to downtown, with Lots of universities and schools around,

No grocery store on walking distance, just a gas station shop.

Location, not the best neighborhood. Not many restaurants nearby. Only one shopping grocery place nearby yet very expensive.

Horrible experience, car was broken into in secure garage. Read on...

Not much

The customer service is horrible, our car was broken into in what is supposed to be a "secure" garage. Which is not even listed in the booking that there even is parking in a garage. So finding it was really hard. Got back from a long day with the family only to go to the car and find it trashed. It is located in a very sketchy neighborhood, I would not go walking around after dark if you stay here. Called the help center about the break-in and got a "were sorry". Im sure this isn't the first time this has happened. And of course you aren't going to get very for with the police department in Minneapolis due to the happenings of a couple years ago, for which I dont blame them. DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY IN ANY SONDER PLACES AGAIN.

It did the job

Ease of booking was great. Proximity to hospital was great

Unit was dirty with stains on rugs & couch. Unit’s central air system sounded like a jackhammer from time to time.

Best if on foot

Spacious and Very Clean. Loved the Prince and Dylan albums. The book of downtown Minneapolis in the 70's was cool too.

The parking was a huge pain. Having at least one spot per unit is usually standard. Paying for parking wasn't an issue. Waiting and finding a spot was very difficult on the weekend thanks to all the near by bars. In warmer weather it wouldn't be so bad. Yet cold and wet made it a lasting memory for sure. Room darkening shades in the bedroom would be a plus.

Superb

I loved the location, cleanliness, how much space was given, the balcony and the rooftop was so peaceful. I loved the atmosphere of the city all together the walks downtown were pretty convenient never too far and the whole foods was nice.

I didn't like the fact that I tried to rebook another stay in about 6 weeks and the staff was unable to help me reserve a room without paying the entire stay upfront.

Great location next to the hospital and Davanni's. Minimalist and very clean and new.

Some of the bedroom walls don't go all the way to the ceiling and this allows noise from the living room to come through.
