Situated in Catalina Foothills, this attractive house for £51 per night is a great choice for your next trip. State Tax #21272215 This is a smoke free property. Convenient location, near midtown Tucson. Casita I (830sf) is part of a 15 unit apartment complex where all units are situated around a pool. It has a fenced in yard for privacy and carefully chosen furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. Both bedrooms have king size beds with linens and coordinated decor, the living room has leather furniture, a flat screen tv, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. A washer and dryer are located in the casita as well. The property is centrally located to all of Tucson's tourist attractions, the University of Arizona and area hospitals. We do provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do not bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. NO OTHER TYPES OF PETS ARE ALLOWED! Please note: hosting a party, or group gathering such as a wedding, funeral, circus, baby showers, birthday parties, dinner parties etc are not allowed and will result in immediate eviction. Plan to have a couple of friends for family members over please just let us know. They will need to park on the street and you will need to escort them in. The site is an acre in size, there are 8 cameras that record 24/7 on the property. The cameras are located on the exterior of the buildings and allow the Owners to view the parking lot, property entrances, pool area and rear portion of the site. No cameras view or record inside the building or in the private rear yards of each unit. Pool: there is a large pool in the center of the property that is open 8 am to 8 pm and is for use by paying guests only. All kids 17 and under must be supervised by an adult-the adult must be in the pool area when their underaged guest/child is in the pool area. We do not heat the pool. Smoking is allowed in parking lot only, smoking is not allowed on other areas on this property. You will be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remaining portion of your payment if found to be smoking in the unit or refuse to smoke only in the parking lot. If smoking is noticed inside our rental, you will be charged for a thorough professional cleaning at a minimum of $250 to clean all bedding, furniture, walls, etc. Additional charges- Rental rate is based upon double occupancy (meaning up to 2 people in a unit) We charge for additional guests above 2-this includes kids. Additional guest fee is $30 per person per night. Have someone stay just one night-you need to pay for that guest for that one night ahead of time. You must notify us ahead of time if you do have additional guests stay the night so we can collect the additional fees. Sales tax is 12.1% and collected for all rental payments and fees. Please read all rental rules. Your payment and completed reservation indicates you are in agreement to abide by our rules.

This is a lovely, well cared for property, located to a variety good restaurants and shopping. The view of the mountains, cactus, palm tree, and pool was beautiful. We appreciated the owners quick response to the coffee pot issue and truly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I spent a week here and really enjoyed ourselves. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted and we felt very safe with the gated parking lot. The amenities provided were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Nice comfortable unit. Comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Neighborhood isn’t the best that Tucson has to offer, but the complex is gated and I felt completely secure inside. Would stay again.

My favorite part of this property was the way it was laid out to a common courtyard with the pool. And the entire outside of the property is protected by fencing. Also the private gates parking lot.

We absolutely loved staying at the Casita. It was a surprisingly peaceful little oasis nestled in the city. The casita was very well kept and had everything we needed and more. We loved spending time in the pool and sitting on the cost little porch outside. We were the only ones outside the whole 3 days we spent at the property. If we visit Tucson again we we surely stay here again. Thanks

What a great find! The unit was clean and nicely decorated.a There was both a front porch overlooking the pool and one in the back that was equally enjoyable. Especially with the visiting hummingbird. The kitchen is full size and there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer if needed.. There are only 15 casitas in this gated community which makes for a nice and quiet retreat.

Desert Morada is a great place to stay! The Casita is roomy and very comfortable. There is a small fenced in yard, and a sitting area at the front of the Casita, plus a pretty pool with more than ample seating. Maria, our property contact, answers her emails very promptly, which makes for a more pleasant stay! Given that the Casita is quite comfortable and well- stocked, with a very attentive property contact, I would highly recommend Desert Morada to others wanting to enjoy Tucson to its fullest!

My sister and I enjoyed the casita very much! It is tastefully furnished, comfortable and clean. The kitchen looked brand new. We had everything we needed for our stay. The compound—-several casitas surrounding the pool—is beautiful and we loved the view of the nearby mountains.

I feel like the description of the property was right on. We felt very safe in this small gated complex. Trader Joe’s is three minutes away along with a beautiful walking trail by a canal that is dry. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable! There was a problem with the kitchen is sick not working and the property manager was extremely receptive and came out and fixed it immediately! We liked how open the unit was and it was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again for the price!

I was greeted first thing in the morning by a Karen “How many people do you have?” I saw four people not two. We have Cameras!” Me “Ok then check your cameras they left 2 hours later.” Ratchet side of Tucson. They treat you like you’re ratchet too.

We are a husband/wife who needed a place in Tucson, on short notice, as my brother is ill. This 2 bedroom Casita was spotlessly clean. We were in Casita I. The kitchen was stocked with every item you could need. There were 2 bedrooms, each had a King bed which were very comfortable. The Washer/Dryer/ Refrigerator were all Upscale. Rooms by a Professional Decorator, were lovely. Maria and Carla were very accommodating and Generous! We Will come again!

Needed a couple days away from reality so booked this last minute for a couple nights so I could hit some of my hiking/mountain biking spots arounds Tucson. This is one of the best bookings I have ever had from VRBO. Great price, easy check-in, gated private parking, good location, very clean, excellent rental in every way. The kitchen is fully equipped includng a blender and all the little things. In unit laundrey, awesome shower, fantastic broad band internet and possibly the best maintained and cleanest I have ever rented. Cant say enough good.

We stayed for a couple of weeks and did some touristy stuff and also did some looking for longer term stays for the future. There are a lot of things to do around Tucson that are a short drive from here. Shopping is close by. All in all it was a nice stay.
