I liked the swimming pool and there were plenty of kitchen stuff and devices to use (iron, laundry, hair dryer).

There is no customer service, whatever you bring you use, no extra sheets, doesn't matter how long you stay, you stay with the same sheets. The second day i asked to change sheets and get an extra, because they were smelling bad and they were dirty, they said from messages they couldn't provide. No extra toilet paper, or even garbage bags, you need to bring or buy. The couch doesn't even have a cover cloth (which means bacteria) and most important the TV only has 5 ENGLISH channels (BBC, channel 4, channel 5..) working, from Internet, which stops all the time and you cant watch tv! They said the tv has 100 channels, there are on the system they're not working though. You have to pay extra somehow. Moreover 2 lamps burnt. There is no instructions how to use laundry. In conclusion noone is there to help, only one time i asked the hair dryer, someone left it outside the door and supposed to check the tv too, but he/she run away, disappeared before i open the door.

The beach towels were convient and nice to have... We used them while ours were drying The different pools, even if we didn't use them The presence of a washing machine And it was convenient because was located near relatives residence, made it easy to go back and forth.

The shower was too small with the old curtain sticking on us while showering The clearness... horrible, dust was even in the bed sheets. We found sunflower seeds peeling from previous guests on the floor The bed was dusty and broken, the convertible was not that comfortable, we put our son on the main bed and we slept on the convertible so he doesn't get hurt by the springs of the mattress

great location, quiet place, very clean, comfortable for short and long term stays, big and clean swimming pool, self-check-in/check-out, responsive host, and clear and full information about check-in, place, and live on Cyprus in common

I guess it's only my problem, but: the block search can be tricky at first time - some block labels are partly missed or not so bright, just be patient and don't be shy to ask somebody)
