With the sleek elegance of a five-star hotel, this home is full of clean design and large windows that frame the mountains and the natural desert landscape. Enjoy a backyard terrace with a grill and a private swimming pool, a beautifully appointed kitchen and dining room, and a brick fireplace where you can curl up each evening. This mid-century-style home is located near the base of Mt. Kimball, about 12 miles northeast of downtown Tucson. Here in the Catalina Foothills, you'll be close to several dining favorites, including the laid-back Fini's Landing and the upscale Trattoria Pina. Spend a gorgeous Arizona day hiking the scenic Finger Rock Trail (three miles north) or the Seven Falls Trail (14 miles east), or exploring Saguaro National Park (18 miles southeast). You can also easily drive over to the Tucson Mall or browse the unique looks at the nearby Green Monkey Boutique. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The spa is heated, but the pool is not heated. Please note that the hot tub is not in working order - jets will come on/off and are for circulation only. Overnight parking for commercial vehicles is prohibited. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable will lovely views and all the amenities. The location for us was perfect. We were close to many trailheads that head into the Catalina mountains, which is the reason we came. Also, close to stores and restaurants.

House has fantastic views of Tucson and the surrounding Catalina Mountains. The mid century architecture creates an open floorpan. Kitchen and bathrooms have been nicely remodeled. Some of the outdoor furniture is tired and should be replaced.

Overall house is very nice good quiet location with nice views.On check in the code given to access the property didn’t work took about a half hour to contact someone and get a key. Windows could use a some washing still evidence of at least 6 bird strikes found 2dead birds on the patio in the 4 day stay.Some ants in the master bathroom. Hot tub was not working

This is a beautiful property in the foothills of the mountains away from the city. The property was very well appointed with everything you would need in your stay. Even an iron and ironing board, dish washing soap and laundry detergent, Plenty of spices and cooking equipment. Beautiful views from every room. My family highly recommends this beautiful place.

Very comfortable, quiet and convenient. Digital lockbox did not work, but we were sent a warning and another code for a hidden alternate key box. However, we could not lock the front door and had to leave the key in the lock outside....safe neighborhood so no problems.
We will stay here again if the need comes up!

We absolutely loved our stay with the incredible city views and proximity to the mountains! And the house fit us well, clean and well appointed with enough room to have our own spaces as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The location and views cannot be beat! The home is set up on a hill but feels extremely secluded and private. Love the layout of the home and the windows with all the natural lighting and spectacular mountain and valley views! Unfortunately, we will not be back because the home itself was not comfortable to stay in.
There is so much potential here for it to be a million dollar getaway! The furniture needs a serious upgrade. The beds are hard, and the linens are scratchy. It feels like there is no comfortable place to sit in the house. There's a sofa on the patio, but it's hard, old, dirty, and the lizards have claimed it for their own. The indoor couch cushions are hard and have holes. Sugar ants have infested the kitchen and we stepped on a worm in the bedroom. The pool is beautiful but small (only 5 feet deep) and the water is like dirty pond water. The walls of windows are beautiful, but they are old and not energy efficient. They were also dirty when we arrived. We purchased cleaning supplies and cleaning them all by hand. The kitchen window would not come clean though. I'm grateful we brought our own towels and didn't have to rely on the ones there. I wish we would have brought our own toilet paper. Please, please put blinds on the master toilet room.
Although we do not at all regret staying here, we did leave early so we wouldn't have to sleep in the beds another night. Upgrade the beds, furniture, and windows; and we will hands down be back every summer!

The location was perfect felt like we were miles away yet close to town. Loved all the natural light from great windows. The amazing back yard felt like an oasis like we were at our own private resort. The family loved the pool and the home was spacious enough for us all. We have kids ranging from 4-16 and they were so happy here.
We did have a few desert critters that found their way into the home but property management was very responsive and provided solutions quickly which we really appreciated. Such a stunning and unique property in a great location!

Beautiful view. The house is well maintained. The kitchen is not well stocked for doing real cooking and some of the utensils were dirty. The rest of the house was very clean and pretty. We would happily stay there again.

The views and back yard are beautiful. We only regret that it was winter and we didn't have time to spend relaxing in the back yard.
The two master bedrooms and baths were amazing. The common areas of the house were roomy and comfortable. The two queen bedrooms were lovely and well represented. We do wish that the smaller bath that these two bedrooms shared had better lighting and places to hang towels. If that's all that I can fault, it is a beautiful property and I highly recommend it.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four. There are amazing, unobstructed views of the catalinas from the from which are enjoyed from the dining and living rooms. The back yard offers perfect city, mountain and sunset views. Layout of house is amazing. Parents had a master wing to themselves and each kid had a great room to themselves. It was too cold to swim, but the pool and landscaping were beautiful! Would definitely stay again.

What a shame no ownership was present in this property. Having a 3rd party management company like Vacasa does not do this home justice. No option to communicate with a liver person , we did not bother trying. This home was filthy. I had to clean the windows myself so we all could enjoy the great views.. all the ansilary items you come in contact with are of very cheap and poor quality; towels toilet paper, hand soaps ,sheets and bedding. The furniture was cheap and as if decorated as a 2nd thought. The outdoor furniture was if such poor quality and broken what a shame for such a nice setting. I am a VRBO owner and would be ashamed to present a home In This condition to our guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Skyline Bel Air Estates. Great view and the mid century home has been tastefully remodeled. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view, but there were a couple of issues. No hot water in the master bath.
TV in master suite had issues with static and un clear picture.
Could not control AC. At night When we changed the temp cooler, It would only last about 1hour and go back to a preset temp. Made it hard to sleep since it was warm outside.
The hot tub did not work as the described so the water is sagnant possibly causing maquitos.
We could not find the light switch for the outside lights going down to the pool, or they were not working properly causing a possible tripping hazard around the pool.

I’ve stayed in a number of rental properties in Tucson and this is my favorite. The natural light and views in this home are simply incredible. The back yard was so lovely and has a wonderful view of Tucson at night. On the other side you have a stunning view of the mountains. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds are very comfortable. Can’t wait to return some day!

We had a great time at this house for a summer vacation . When we got there I notified Vacasa that the pool needed cleaning and they sent someone out right away . We had originally reserved a different house and were moved to this one . We had great views , the kitchen had everything we needed , very spacious , clean and just overall relaxing . Thanks Vacasa for another great vacation. We will be back . Thank you also for the great customer service ! Very friendly and helpful

Upon arrival the house had not been cleaned in a while. Dead bugs all over. Had to sweep the entire house. Pool was like a stagnant pond. Rocks and debris filled the bottom. Could not swim for a day and a half until it was cleaned.
Stay somewhere else.

The property itself was fantastic! I could imagine buying a place similar!
The amenities however were lacking.
No TP in 1 bathroom, the other 2 only had 1/2 roll. No Kleenex except 1 bathroom. No hanging rod in closet of 1 bedroom, no tv remotes in same bedroom. No soap dish in shower. No instructions for tv or stereo and no remote for sound system. Moths and caterpillars throughout 1 bedroom. Doors pop open if not dead bolted. Trash cans full and overflowing and 6 bags of trash were lined up in garage and had leaked previously. Hair in shower drain - not ours. Hot tub appeared murky and quite unclean. No ice as ice maker not working. Moldy bagels found in cupboard. Butter on one of the plates in drawer. Coffee filter left isn’t for the maker in the kitchen so had to go buy those too.
We have another rental thru Vacasa next month and very concerned it will be just as bad…
Would stay here again if assured alllll of these were fixed. Would like to see patio lights around the pool too and a way to turn pool fountain on as it stops late afternoon.

The house has a mid-century modern sort of style with windows across the front and back, and a nice open plan feel. The views are good, the outdoor space was a hit all throughout the day, and there was plenty of space to sleep 8, plus our dog. Too cold to use the pool and it's too bad the hot tub doesn't work (which was fully disclosed in the listing), but overall we loved the style, layout, size, and location and would highly recommend it.
