Situated in Lexington, this lovely condo for £193 per night is a great option for your next break. This NON-SMOKING Condo features a horse theme throughout! Located in the Historical district of downtown Lexington that is within walking distance to Rupp Arena, Restaurants, and bars! It features a large kitchen with bar seating and Granite counter tops. It has all stainless steel appliances such as a gas stove, refrigerator, and dish washer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. Coffee maker and toaster. Large farmhouse sink and washer and dryer! This Condo also has 4 Smart T.V.'s! Parking is right outside the Condo. Pets cannot exceed 80 pounds and Cats must be declawed. Pet Deposit Required. Late check out fees: No Charge for late check out IF Approved and up until Noon. $50 late check out fee from 30 minutes past check out to 2pm Half Night charged for late check out after 2pm to 5pm Any time after 5pm guest will be charged for a full nights stay. Guests will receive 25% off I.V. Hydration Therapy at Foster Medical during their stay as well as $125 Urgent Treatment visits. Quite hours are 10pm on Weekdays and Midnight on Weekends. If police have to be called for a noise violation there will be a charge of $250 fee. Smoking is NOT permitted in Condo or outside the front door. If you smoke you must be at least 12ft away from the front door. If smoking of ANY kind is found there will be a $500 charge.

Had a great stay here while attending Freshman Orientation for our daughter. Great location just a block and half from the student center and campus. Very close to the restaurants near campus and a few blocks from downtown. Parking was convenient, off street and right infront of the of the unit. Very well appointed condo, spotless with all of the amenities. Definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful location and matched listing. Unfortunately the upstairs tenants were quite loud, moving things and they have a dog. There is no insulation in the ceiling and could clearly hear the people above us throughout the night.

Perfect for for college friends’ annual reunion. Location was fantastic—very convenient to everything. Sofa in living room very comfortable; however, the two chairs were not so comfy. One was bar height and the other one was too low and too deep. We did a lot of visiting in this area of condo. If you aren’t spending a lot of time in the living room would not be a concern.

We came in town to do a few bourbon distillery detours and this place was perfect! Within walking distance of several places. I would add more towels, because there was six adults but other than that it was GREAT!

I stayed here recently with family to explore the city, taste some bourbon, and go to a UK basketball game. The location of the condo is perfect with lots of things to do within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. The bathrooms were small but I liked they were not attached to any of the bedrooms so it was easier to share among the 5 of us that were staying there. I would definitely recommend!

We came in town for the weekend to visit Lexington and our daughter attending school. The location is perfect and the condo was exactly what I hoped it would be. Very clean, very well decorated and accommodated. Check in and Check out was very simple. We would highly recommend!

This is a very nice property - BUT beware: you CANNOT control the thermostat, so that was a pain, at 3 am or whatever hour of the night, when we were too hot or too cold, to have to rely on messaging the host to adjust the thermostat for us… that was a negative, for sure!! Also, be aware that neither bathroom is attached to a bedroom - it was kind of hard to tell from the pictures and the listing; it was fine for us, but I could see that potentially being a problem for other people. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful rental!!

We had a wonderful stay with Bethany. The place was clean with 2 very large beds and one full which fit our need perfectly. The home was well equipped and within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, and campus. Would 100% stay here again.

We came to see Rolex, and enjoyed staying in a fully equipped apartment that was clean and accessible. The host was wonderful with helping us check into parking as well as the place itself, and we felt safe in the lovation. Be mindful that the curtains are very see-through!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout was perfect and we have everything we needed. There was no clutter and almost all of the drawers were empty and accessible. Several of us had to work remotely and had no issue finding space to work without interruptions. I highly recommend this property.
