Cable, Wi-Fi, gas grill, outdoor dining area. Located just off 192, very quiet, dead end street. Use of entire house and half acre lot. For large groups; additional parking is available off Georgia Ln. on the west side of the home. See additional information for full list of amenities and supplies included with rental. Perfect family/group home participating in USSSA Sports Complex tournaments. Short 13 miles/18 minute drive to Viera. Includes The Following Basics: Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, coffee pot, All bedding, linens, pillows and towels. Fun Items: Beach/Pool towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, propane grill. Not "Fun" Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner. Living Room: 55 inch TV with Cable, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Wi-Fi enabled throughout home. Full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer. Kitchen: Stainless steel 6 Burner gas range plus electric wall oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items of any kind, toiletries, personal items. This house was just as cute as a button. To match the cuteness, it was super clean and in a good area. This house fit 8 people with more space available. It was just what we needed with a stocked kitchen and enough linens and towels. We will be staying here again!

We needed a place big enough for our full sized bass boats and 6-7 men. We found this place with enough room and privacy with plenty of stores close by for whatever we need. It’s a great place to stay!

The property was clean and located close to the beach and anything else you might want to do. We all really enjoyed all the bedroom and large beds. The bedding was a huge plus because it was very luxurious. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook at the house. I would highly recommend this home and the owners.

The reason of our travel was a wedding ceremony and our main focus was there. So, we leaving every morning and coming back at the nights. Everything what we need - we got for this staying: kitchen, properly working appliance, TV, beds, clean linen. So, we got comfortable time. Thanks all very much.

House was perfect fit for my family traveling in for a wedding. Kitchen was well stocked for us to manage meals and we filled the large table to eat together. Location was easy to get to and excellent contact with owner to manage details around Hurricane Ian passing by two days prior.

This is a house that has 6 bedrooms split up into 3-3 on opposite sides of the house. It was perfect for our two families who shared this rental. Kitchen dining room and family room all in the middle. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had all we needed. It was about 24 minute easy drive to the Space Coast Sports Complex and about a 10 to 12 minutes drive to the beaches in Melbourne. Everything was super clean and ready to go for us.

Beautiful house and layout; pictures didn't do it justice. Quiet neighborhood, house sits on cornor lot, so feels private. Plenty of room for our large family both indoors and out. Well stocked with cooking utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and cleaning supplies. Property managers were attentive but not intrusive. Easy check in and out.
