Brand new modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located steps away from Picasso's birthplace, the famous Plaza de la Merced. The first bedroom features a large double bed with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a large double bed. The third bedroom features two single beds. All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space. At the end of the corridor you will find a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower over tub. The independent kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a washer, dryer, oven and microwaves. An ample dining table sitting up to 6 people leads onto a large comfortable salon with bay windows that look onto the street, high definition TV and international television channels. The apartment is located in one of the most exciting areas of the city, right next to all the main attractions.

This was my 4th visit to Malaga and this apartment far exceeded the others I rented. It was clean and modern and well equipped. Check in was seamless and the location was in walking distance to everything. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

Solaga is an excellent company to deal with. It is our automatic choice for the whole family. The staff are very welcoming and always ready to help and advise. Just returned after spending a week in Merced III. Our daughter is staying there in November and we are back again in December. Home from home.

The apartment is very central, located in a beautiful part of the old town. Despite having lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The Picasso Museum is 2 minutes walk, the main square and Cathedral about 5 minutes. The apartment is renovated to a high standard. It is very clean and nicely furnished.

This is an excellent family property in a great location for exploring Malaga and beyond.
It’s close to the central city areas and a 10 minute walk to the beach.
If you wish to go further the train station is a 15 minute walk.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Solaga were very helpful and the whole booking process was perfect.
They even let us secure our luggage in their office for a few hours on our day of departure.
I would recommend this apartment and company to everyone.

Apartment was clean and well equipped.
Great location to enjoy the fabulous city of Malaga.
Partygoers late night noise was evident but not an issue.

My husband and I spent 3 months in this excellent apartment. It was in a secure and comfortable building in the heart of the historic district. The apartment itself was well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture, good air conditioning and a great layout. During our stay we had a some visitors and the floor plan of this apartment (extra bedrooms and bathroom on one end of the apartment that could be closed off) allowed everyone to have their privacy.
The apartment is close to Merced Plaza, on a street with a multitude of restaurants, and only steps from all of the action. Weekends could be a bit noisy but that is just part of the charm of being in the city.

Staff communication was excellent and checkin was a breeze. The host was knowledgeable of the area and recommended some places to eat. However, the apartment was located next to several excellent restaurants. We frequented Los Marangos which was right outside the apartment. The Paella for two is very popular. The Picasso museum and Cathedral was right around the corner. The taxi, grocery story and pharmacy were also around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building had an elevator so we didn’t have to struggle with our luggage.

Geweldige 3 slaapkamer appartement midden in het historische centrum van Malaga. Je stapt de voordeur uit en je bent vlakbij alle restaurants etc. Schoon modern ingericht en van alle gemakken en apparatuur voorzien. De communicatie met Steffen was perfect, reageert heel snel

Damien met us at the property to hand over the keys and explained the facilities. He was also helpful in suggesting places of interest and places to eat. The location really suited us - we were very close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There were 6 of us and the apartment was specious enough and the beds were really comfortable. There was a lift available if required.

A big thank you to everyone at Solaga who were very welcoming and patient with us as we were a bit homeless on the last day waiting for our late flight. The flat itself it was gorgeous, immaculately clean, well designed, perfectly situated in the historic and pedestrian heart of the old town, iterally around the corner from shops, museums, restaurants and more. There was some noise from the street particularly at the weekends but not too obtrusive as we were on the 3rd floor (during our October stay at least.) Overall we had a lovely time staying there and it really helped us enjoy the stunning city of Malaga :)

Apartamento moderno y muy bien equipado para que la estancia sea agradable, a destacar la limpieza del lugar que para nosotros es lo más importante.
Respecto al ruido de la calle no se puede hacer nada más, ventanas nuevas y aislantes pero es una calle muy céntrica y llena de vida.
El personal muy atento y profesional pero creo que debería haber más, ya que la gran demanda hace que hayan retrasos o bien poner un sistema de check-in autónomo

Mes amis et moi avons été très bien reçu par Steffen. L'appartement est presque neuf, propre et agréable à vivre. il est proche du centre, des commerces et des transports en commun. Lors de notre arrivé Steffen nous a conseillé de bonnes adresses et lieux à visiter. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Die Wohnung also solches ist super! Alles sehr sauber, gut organisiert, gemütlich - es gibt nichts zu Meckern und sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, was für uns toll war. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist sehr zügig, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock mit Aufzug. Was uns allerdings nicht klar war, ist, wie lebhaft das Viertel tatsächlich ist und dass auch nachts kaum Ruhe einkehrt. Dies sollte man wissen, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat...

A fabulous apartment for a stay in the old town of Malaga - perfectly placed to enjoy all the city has to offer. Modern, spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Just be aware that a lot of noise drifts up from the streets below late into the night, but the double glazing does a good job of reducing it. We loved the apartment and will stay again.

This apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the active area of Málaga centre. The apartment is clean and spacious for our family of five. The beds are comfortable and the accommodations are very nice. We love being able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, beaches and sites. We stayed here over the summer and booked the same apartment for our visit for the winter holidays. The office is very helpful and attentive as well.

This place was just amazing! Perfect place for 4-6 people! We were four people accommodating there, was just perfect for us! The location is in the middle of Malaga and it is just 10min walking distance to the malagueta! The place was clean and super modern. We felt vert home there! The communication and the welcoming was amazing as well! Teresa welcomed us very nicely and gave us some recommendations about some nice location! We would come back and totally recommend the place!

We found the apartment to be perfect for our family of five. It is very clean and bright. Communication with the office was quick and efficient. Parking is a short distance. The garage is tight, and our van was the biggest vehicle I can imagine possible to get in and out of there.
The neighborhood was fun with lots of bars and restaurants. Shopping is close too. We walked everywhere from the apartment and never felt it was a long distance from anything. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

The apartment is very spacious, bright, clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated.
Everything you possibly need: washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, steam iron, AC, Netflix.
Situated in the old city, many restaurants and coffee shops only a few steps away, the beach is around 10-15 mins walking distance.
We‘ve had a great stay and next year we‘ll return for sure.
Thank you for your hospitality and for allowing us to storage our luggage at your office on our check out day.

Everything about this apartment was top notch. We were able to walk to the beach, all monuments and museums, the elevator and air conditioning were a luxury (not all european buildings have this). The linens were soft, the windows had shutters on the outside and automatic shades on the inside to block out the morning sun and for privacy., the kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, we were able to walk to all the best restauants in the city, the managers were very quick to respond to our request to book a housekeeper after the 1 week mark of our stay (we stayed 2 weeks) and they helped us get a parking spot for our rental car. I highly recommend booking this apartment .

Great apartment in a fabulous area. Although it could be noisy at night on the street below because there’s a few tavernas there, the apartment’s sound insulation was very effective.
Really liked dealing with Solaga - we met two people from the company both of whom were delightful and extremely helpful. The information you sent on Malaga such as events that were happening while we were there was most useful.
Was great, on our final day, to be able to leave suitcases in your office as we had a very late flight.

Hospitality was absolutely second to none. Beautiful apartment and would definitely stay again. Great location, a 10-minute walk to the beach, 2-minute walk to the supermarket and most importantly surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Great communication, Teresa who met us was very courteous and helpful, the flat was perfect, well equipped, spotlessly clean and in the perfect position in the centre of town.

This apartment is in a super location, It is quiet at night as it is on a side street. It is a lovely space and even though there were five of us , it never felt cramped. It is furnished tastefully, serviced by a lift. Contact with Solaga was prompt and helpful, will definitely use this company again
