We are so happy, that we found this place. Amazing pool, mostly for small kids, but also with area for adults. Privat place on the beach so not very crowded. Pleasant caffe with playground in front of the apartment. In the first evening we faced with issue regarding our sofa. And it was handled in a perfect way. Such a sad that it wasn’t our full vacation, just a part, so we would book next time more days. Brief note: it was surprise for us, that place on the beach costs 23-33 euro per day at Bibione, so it is convenient is apartments provide private area on the beach like it was in Bosca conoro

The apartment is located 100 meters from the beach, there was a gazebo at the beach reserved for us. In the building there was a swiming pool which was newly done (not like in the pictures).

The sofa (second beb) was not confortable.

The rooms were wheelchair accessible and big enough. There was a cupboard in each room, but a little more space for clothes would have been nice. A nice walk through a little pine wood leads to the sea. The beach is broad and the deckchairs were in little rooms with curtains, so that you could choose whether you wanted to lie in the sun or stay in the shade. Wheelchair useres are given places in the front row. A beach wheelchair for going into the water was available for free.

The beach is nice and clean, but the water is very flat. This is ideal for families with small children, but we would have preferred to get into water which is a little deeper without walking out for a long time. With someone with cerebral palsy the beach wheelchair was not easy to use, especially in the area where the waves are breaking. We were in Bibione center three years ago and the beach was not quite so flat there. There are some restaurants and shops at some distance, but not right around the corner, as in the center.

Nice private beach which was only half full. Also the beach is really just a short walk through a pleasant and cooling grove away.

Description of the appartement is misleading. It says e.g. washing machine, drying machine, whirlpool, unit on ground floor, separate building, ... none of which is true.

Clean, great calm location an beach

The apartment was near the beach and it had "private" part so this was very good. Covered private parking was nice. The rest was OK.

The kitchen is under-equipped. Minimal dishes etc, no dish-soap or sponge at all. So you have to bring your own stuff or buy it. The bathroom is also a mess. There was a "fold-yourself" shower unit because the unit was meant for disabled people. The whole bathroom was a small swimming pool after a shower, and since there was also no rag at all (or smth to dry up the mess) it remained slippery the whole day until it air-dried. My small child slipped 2 times because of that. The wifi was not usable.
