Quite central location less than 10 mins walk to the central market which is surrounded by cafes and bars. The flat is a modern, spacious and well-equipped duplex. Clean and comfortable.

Stairs up to master bedroom were a bit dangerous with small children. Children sleep downstairs which may be an issue with very small children.

Large appartment with good facilities for a short holiday.

Taxi driver didnt know where to take us. It sims to be 2 location of this adress. If someone wants to use the kitchen then it would be good to leave at least small amounts of basic things: salt, sugar and oil. It would be good if you had a coffee machine.

Booked here with my parents and my son who is 1 year old. The apartment was so spacious. It was 3 bedrooms, 2 singles and 1 double. There were also 2 bathrooms which was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped. The lady from house keeping went and got my son a highchair which was fantastic and really helpful. Very central apartment. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The check in and check out was very smooth. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Really exceeded my expectations.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Hassle-free key collection, instructions provided by text message. I was at the beginning of February and contrary to the reviews I read before arriving, the apartment was warm (there are two efficient air conditioners). There is also no problem with flooding in the bathroom, if you use the shower skillfully. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had an unusual request, which was fulfilled without problems. Apartment clean, equipped with everything you need.

Great location, easy to reach by metro, well equipped kitchen, easy communication with hosts. God value for money.

No handsoap provided (and that actually costs 0.90 eur in supermarket so should be provided to guests), apartment smelled like an ashtray even though smoking not allowed, apartment could use renovation and better cleaning, sound insulation very bad (every conversation on the street could be heard and especially garbage trucks that empty containers during the night).

Centrally located, close to many grocery and coffee shops, easy walking distance to the most popular sights in the old town. Clear communication to the owner. Quite spacious, enough towels and sheets, convenient having washing machine and dish machine (only you have to buy detergents yourself). Despite some disfunctionalities in the bathroom (like water leaking from the bathroom sink), some mold in the upper bathroom, walls could use fresh coloring etc. - the apartment was very clean. Quite good value for money.

Beautiful apartment! Perfect for family of 5. It was in a perfect spot to walk around and discover Valencia! Their communication to access and retrieve the keys was very well detailed. Thank you, Joachim! He was the primary person I communicated with, was very responsive.

Air conditioner :( It did not reach the rooms - which became steam rooms with doors closed. Purchased a fan to get air circulating.

Pretty nice location in the center of Valencia. it had plenty of space and two bathrooms which is really helpful for groups of friends. quiet apartment

To be honest we was looking forward to leave the flat

When we entered the flat there was dirt and hairs on the bed ... broken lamp and furniture.. the bed it full with bugs .. me and all of family we had bites all over our bodies .. the towels and bed linens very old and stinky... overall there is serious issue with hygiene standards . Before we reached the flat I was communicating with landlord - property management to ask for the location but they didnt share the location till 4 pm to make sure that we entered on check in time .. which keep me and my wife with three kids waiting in the train station for their location information.

The location was good and the air conditioning was efficient. The house was quite clean, the only problem we had was with the towels.

We didn't have face towels. The towels we had were stained and quite damaged. There was no soap bars in the bathrooms, only tiny body gel packs that didn't last enough for our stay. The kitchen lacked pans and scissors. There was no salt, pepper or oil. They didn't have dishwasher soap or clothes detergent. The coffee machine uses special coffee capsules and there weren't any provided by them. The wifi didn't work properly. It kept lagging when opening a single browser page. There was a slow response from the host.

In historical centrum, close to metro station (Angel Guimera) where we arrived from airport. All the highlights are in walking distance. Nearby a bakery and supermarket. Would definitely come back to this place if we visit Valencia again.

Very good location: 5min walk from metro, 5min walk from Mercato Central. Coffee bar after the corner and a Carrefour express good to buy food for breakfeast. The size of the apartment was perfect for 2adults and 2kids. Kitchen was verry good equiped. Staff wqs very kind and helpfull when we asked for more towels and blankets. Verry good balance price/quality.

I didn't like the sheets, maybe better ironed, especially the one for blanket. Also, we were 4people, but not enought blankets for all of us. The towels looked very used, also we received only big ones.
