Nice enough, not luxury or riverside, more river view

Near a park

Wasn’t riverside or luxury as name suggests Could have been cleaner for example we found a packet of tobacco down the side of the sofa Main entrance door to building didn’t lock Limited kitchen utensils and no dishwasher Next to club so there was some loud music

Very good

Very lovely 2 bedroom flat. All essentials provided. Quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to High Street shops. Very neat and lovely decor

Nothing really. The family had a great time in Rochester. Hope to come back again .

Enjoyed all the small details !

I was traveling to sit an exam and had my family with me. 1- the apartment is in walking distance from chatham station and city center. 2- check-in/out process was super easy and very smooth. 3- the apartment was super clean , very relaxing ,and spacious. Carpeted bedrooms and landing area. a.Clean towels , soap , and toiletries were neatly left for us in the bedrooms. There are plenty of pillows and blankets. b.kitchen/ living area Had a coffe machine , kettle , microwave , fridge freezer , washer dryer , tv with tons of channels and a sofa bed. Kitchen was well equipped with plates mugs and cooking utensils , including some salt/pepper ,oil, coffee, tea , sugar , few pods for the coffee machine ,and many small details. C. Wifi was super fast and coverage was full strength throughout Everything looked new/ in good shape.

location, on ground floor, private parking facility. hostess was very accommodating.

furnishings were a little “dated”. carpets needed cleaning and large burn mark on one in the bedroom. washer/drier an issue due to taking forever per load of washing.

The accommodation was newly refurbished, clean and fresh. We loved that it was on the ground floor as one of our party has health issues. It is often not clear if accommodation is on the ground floor. The free parking was also great.

It was on a busy road and a little noisy. There was a night club next door, so noisy on a Saturday night.

Disappointing

Nice view, good location, good facilities within the apartment.

Every serviced apartment I ever stayed for work and for holidays, usually cleaned the apartment once a week, if staying above one week. Stayed for over 2 weeks and no cleaning was done in this apartment. Instead the agent found a ridiculous reason to take some money off my deposit, citing additional cleaning that wasn't done. Big shame

Really good all round. We went out and about every day and loved coming back to the apartment

The Riverside apartment had everything we needed and the private parking space was great. Ground floor at the front which made unloading easy. A few storeys up at the rear (all on one level) where the bedrooms are located so good all round view

The area seems to be in the process of upgrading which haven't quite reached the location of the apartment but that didn't bother us. Lots of luxury accommodation being built nearby which is a big plus going forward

Gents Weekend in Dickens Country

Good location close to the station and town centre . An easy stroll to both Rochester and the Chatham dockyard Comfortable lounge/dining/kitchen area

More crockery and kitchen equipment would be good Lack of safety features in the in bath/shower. Equipment such as handles and non slip mat are required . The in bath shower without these is an issue The single beds are fine for children but too narrow for an average sized adult

A pleasant stay

The river views, the living room was comfortable and well decorated, the location

The bathroom wasn't great, the shower sprayed a bit, the toilet seat moved, definitely not luxurious like advertised. The bed wasn't great either

Comfortable and relaxing

Location. Walking distance to both towns . Rochester and Chattam. Allocated parking on the property was a big plus. The whole apartment was spotless. Very very clean.

Very Minor issues. Blind in one of the bedrooms needs to be fixed. Water was not hot enough.
