absolute perfect location ariund the corner of the cathedral, landlord very kind, only spanish speaking, carpark 800 meters from the casa! loved it!!

Nice location in the center of the old town, fully equipped apartment, we were only there for one night but it would be ideal for longer breaks. Cosy & warm on a cold Dec night.

The free parking was a bit of a trek, 15 mins uphill, although there is a bus every 30 mins if you time it right.

The apartment is in the VERY centre of the city (Be aware that to get the keys you need to get to the little store in the main street - the owner of the store is your host. He actually wrote everything about the place in the page about the owner, do not miss the precious info!) The apartment is VERY spacious. It has two floors - bedroom are downstairs and living room+kitchen are upstairs. The atmosphere is very authentic - it is a very old charming building. The views from the windows are AMAZING. Couple of tips: There is a great place to eat right around the corner - Picaro. Oh, and a Enchanted City is a must see - it is only 30 mins away by car

WiFi is very slow and weak. Frying pans are too old - it might be not healthy to use them.

The location in the center of Cuenca cannot be beat. The apartment was also spacious and quiet.

The apartment does not get much natural light. It also could use better lighting such as from floor lamps with warm bulbs rather than the cool toned CFL or LED bulbs installed in ceiling fixtures.
