Situated in Groveland, this charming condo for £71 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summary: Welcome to Swiss Vacation Houses website and thank you for your interest in our piece of paradise. Whether you are a keen water-sports enthusiast or just looking for a beautiful place to relax or golf, we have something for you. Located 30 to 40 minutes from the Orlando attractions, our complex is set on 450 beautiful acres. Be active on the water, golf course or tennis court; cycle, walk, chill out by the pool or head to one of the many area attractions. The choice is yours. Stay onsite in one of our fully equipped villas, studios or rooms. We are a world renowned site and welcome guests from many countries, from the local area and many of the fifty states, all returning year after year. They have discovered our piece of paradise and we hope to welcome you soon. If you are traveling alone, as a pair or up to 4 people and are looking for something more affordable perhaps consider staying in one of our rooms or studios. Each of those units is a modest abode with a private en suite bathroom. The rooms and studios are located right by one of our most beautiful lakes and offer our guests a very peaceful surroundings. The Space: Newly renovated 2020 Room#4 with: Queen Bed (sleep 2) + night table Cover & Duvet cover / 2 pillows Sliding door / Closet (hangers) Bathroom (sink, shower & toilet ) Built in closet Small Fridge and microwave, coffee machine Tile floor NO TV Free Wifi All rooms are supplied with towels, 1 toilet paper ,shampoo , conditioner , soap for your initial arrival. Front lake view in middle of nature. At few step , you can enjoy Swiss Fairways Golf Clubhouse and Waterskiing. We are also at 35minutes drive to the attractions parks in Orlando. Daily cleaning service upon request only. Guest Access: Attention! The main complex gate code entrance for the community is #0100 POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS Always remember to book lodging before flights! 30% Deposit and Mandatory Damage Waiver is required to book our vacation villa. Adults age 18 and older required to secure a reservation – with valid photo I.D All Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment due 60 days before check-in. If a reservation cancellation has been received on or before 60 days of scheduled booking, Guest will be refunded all monies, less the non-refundable 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Subsequently, no refunds will be made inside of 60 days within or during the scheduled booking; early departures are no exception. Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC requests that its guests exude seriousness and good will in booking its homes, just as we are serious in fulfilling our end of the commitment to the guest by delivering the home as contracted. Swiss Vacation Houses, LLC makes every effort in good faith to accommodate our valued guests, and blocking a date for an unfulfilled lease and subsequently turning away another valued guest is not of our practice. Check-In time is 5:00 pm. Check-Out time is 12:00 pm. NO SMOKING is allowed, as we have many valued travelers, of whom, are allergic. We are proud to keep our villas smoke free. NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC is allowed. TOTAL OCCUPANCY of Guests staying over-night in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps. PETS: Service dogs allowed with paperwork. Other pet request will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit & Pet Policy Form completed. Please advise us at the time of booking if you’re bringing a pet/s. All rates subject to change without notice. Guest/Customer understands and has been advised that the rental property is not owned by SWISS VACATION HOUSES or any of its principals or agents. SWISS VACATION HOUSES is merely an agent of the owner, acting at the direction of the owner of the property. Guest consents to proceed with the rental of the subject property having been made aware that any cause of action as it relates to the condition of the subject property must be brought against the owner and not against SWISS VACATION HOUSES, or its agents or principals. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any warranties, implied or otherwise, regarding the condition of the property. SWISS VACATION HOUSES disclaims any liability as it relates to latent or previously undiscovered defects with the subject property. Guest/Customer waives any claim against SWISS VACATION HOUSES as it relates to the condition of the subject property, and will look to the owner thereof in the event of any liability or casualty related thereto, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional or criminal wrongdoing by SWISS VACATION HOUSES. AFTER HOURS CHECK IN : Please come to Front Office in the Main Dome Complex. • Outside of Front Office door will be a red mail box with a Welcome Envelope with your name. • For Villa bookings, the envelop will contain the directions to your assigned villa and (1) key for front door entry. • For Sumner Lake House/Studios/Room bookings, the envelope will contain the code for the lockbox key and the directions to your Rental.

It was an easy check-in / check-out. This property has a beautiful scenery view and is budget-friendly. The room was clean. It also had kitchen utensils, paper towels, dish soap, and some other stuff that I found thoughtful and useful.
I have to admit that when I booked the room I did not read the room’s description and reviews. I was deceived by the picture. I thought we would have the entire igloo for ourselves, it is divided into 4 different rooms. The room was small. The major issue I had was the bathroom wall not going all the way up to the ceiling, so when someone is using the toilet you can hear everything, and if the other person turns the bathroom light up in the middle of the night the room completely lights up. I also did not like that there is no thermostat to control the temperature in the room. The walls are very thin and you can hear the conversations from the people staying in the next room.
I thought the property was beautiful, and if I were to stay in the future I would consider one of the rental houses.

Way smaller than photos show. The walls are very thin. People next door had dogs that wouldn't stop barking and howling. Made two complaints and nothing was done to fix the issue.

Only 2 towels. I thought from the pictures it was the dome but it was 1/4 of the dome. Hard to maneuver around inside. #3

Great for people who just want to go to their room. When entering the room, it was HOT inside the room and was 80 degrees and 95% humidity outside. As we settled in(took showers, unpacked, etc.), the A/C kicked on for two minutes laid down and relaxed, but then the A/C turned off after that. Throughout the couple of days we were there we had talked to the front desk once and the property manager at least twice about the A/C. The property manager stated the first time that she would lower it and the second time she said she would lower it a couple degrees but could not due to the fact that the dome is split into four. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable. A simple fix the owner could have made was to place a fan in the room, I ended up buying one because of this issue. Also the dome description should state the dimensions of the room and that the A/C is distributed to 3 other rooms. The mattress was also very stained with yellow/brown coloring throughout it. A fix for this is buy a new mattress or at least a waterproof mattress cover.

Overall I loved the stay. Had a couple things I wasn’t super thrilled about though. First off, the night we got there, we hardly knew where to park. It said we could park near the dome and we did but there was no road leading the guest parking that it took 15 minutes for us to figure out what we were supposed to do. When we got in we noticed the walls didn’t even reach the top of the cellulite therefore we could hear everyone and every little thing they were doing around us. We were trying to sleep and our neighbor was playing Narnia- The Lion, Witch, and the Wardrobe. That is how loud and clear we could hear. Paper thin walls. The advertising was very misleading. We thought we were getting the whole dome to ourselves yet we got a third of it. A little frustrating but the view we got was gorgeous. Bed was very very squeaky. Overall, beautiful place but had some issues.

Beautiful property but little privacy
We loved the location and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The walls are very thin so if you are sharing the dome you can hear the other people very clearly. The people who stayed the same night as us played music until 3:30 am making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

The location was great! Very peaceful location. It was clean and perfect for a short stay. My only complaint is the level of noise picked up from the connected domes. You could hear the full conversation of your neighbor.

The amenities were perfect, I would recommend bringing a griddle! We cooked breakfast outside and enjoyed every minute of it.

We enjoyed one relaxing night here, loved the bed, the simplicity of the room and the location. We stayed in what we called the "igloo", in what amounted to 1/4 of the whole space. I would be remiss if i didn't mention that people in the other section of our igloo could be heard talking, even though they we mot overly loud..walls are thin. We could not control the temp, or at least didn't see any way to do so....but it waa beautiful with basic amenities that we needed.

Very peaceful place to get a good night sleep. Not sure if the sheets and pillow cases had been washed. There was no flat sheet on the bed. Studio number four is a very cute, but very cozy place.

Excellent property
It was a breeze to rent and the location was perfect for me. I went to train (triathlon) for the weekend in Clermont. It was great for what I needed to accomplish.

This a birthday surprise for my husband, which was noted when I made the reservation. Cons: 1. Only 1 set of towels when the reservation was made for 2 people and no one was around to ask for another 2. The bed mattress and box spring is filthy dirty with huge stains, just disgusting. 3. The caulking in the shower was crumbling 4. No actual room number to identify the suite. I had to go around and test out all the locks with the key. 5. Much smaller than expected, thought we were getting the whole dome. 6. Unable to control the thermostat to your liking. 7. No white sheets so you cannot tell if it was clean or not. 8. There was a coffee pot but no actual coffee or mugs for the coffee. Pros: 1. Recently remodeled dome and great idea. Similar to the ones in Chile but much, much smaller. Overall: disappointed and will not recommend or stay again.
