Clean, spacious and very well equipped

The location is amazing, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops. The house is sparkling clean and just like a beach villa of dreams. My two boys loved their room, which included books, superhero figurines and even lego clocks, the small things really made the stay very comfortable. I personally loved the full length mirror, which was great for the daily outfit and selfie check. The kitchen is fully stocked up if your plan to cook. The dining area is a cute setup and great for pictures. We also enjoyed the radio in the corridor, great idea. There's an escape room on the opposite road, it's a must family activity to do.
The kids beds were abit creeky and quite uncomfy for them.

Bryan, the host, was so helpful. Any questions were responded to very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The property was so close to the centre of Broadstairs, while also being nice and quiet. And it was a stone's throw away from the beach. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Broadstairs.

The location of this charming town house is perfect. The on-site parking is a huge bonus. The home is fresh and very homely. We met the owner who was really helpful and make sure we had provisions in the fridge. Thank you Brian.
2 minutes walk from the property and you can enjoy the great Broadstairs vibe, exciting food venues, Viking bay. We were impressed with how everyong was so welcoming, even the smallest cafe are working to provide quality products and support local suppliers. Loved it, can't wait to go back.

perfect hideaway out of the bag! House was spotlessly clean, beds,bedding, and pillows high quality and
all so comfortable. Bryan was so lovely helpful and welcoming and left essentials and treats for our arrival.
Looking forward to our return, whole family absolutely loved it.

Viking Bay House is self-catering and sleeps 6. It was situated only a couple of minutes from the beach and has parking for 2 normal-size cars. It is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. It has 3 loos, a lovely walk-in shower and bath with overhead shower. Bryan, the owner, lives nearby and was very friendly and helpful.
We liked everything about the property; it far exceeded our expectations.

Bryan was really helpful and friendly when we arrived, we very much appreciated the groceries left for us to enjoy. The house was beautifully presented, very comfortable and the location was fantastic.
Our only criticism was that there was no visitor book/ folder of information about the area and the property.

An absolute gem! Don't want to give a too good review as we will be back and want to make sure it's available haha. 3 minute walk to beach 2 minutes walk to high Street yet set back and quiet. House was clean tidy and furnished well. Brian was amazing and friendly and room on drive for 2 4x4 cars. Will 100% revisit!! And recommend.

Right in the middle of the town, short walk to beach, cafes and pubs. Beautifully decorated and equipped. Good communication from Bryan. Highly recommended.

The townhouse is very spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean with very nice modern decor. The location is excellent for all the sites in Broadstairs, and the parking space is a huge plus. Bryan was a perfect host - left us a kind note, breakfast essentials and was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend Viking Bay House.
Almost nothing - one minor thing was that it would be great having shower gel/shampoo available
