A great place to spend your vacation in Solana Beach. This bright two-bedroom condominium has beautiful ocean views with a cool sea breeze, fireplace, wireless internet, large screen TVs & is one of the few units in the area with air conditioning. Located in the Solana Beach and Tennis Club, the complex offers pool, two spas, and four tennis courts plus beautiful landscaping and water features. You’ll love living the Southern California lifestyle in this great condo in a fantastic location with easy walkability to restaurants, shops and of course, the beach right outside your door. Access stairs adjacent to the community take you right down to the sand where you can enjoy the sun and crashing waves or take a walk to Del Mar. Solana Beach has a mellow, small-town feel that compels visitors to take it slow. Along with gorgeous bluffs overlooking the ocean and a serene shoreline, Solana Beach boasts one of San Diego’s top shopping districts, plus great restaurants, and nightlife. Check out the races at Del Mar Racetrack, see what’s happening at the fairgrounds, or take the train to Los Angeles, Oceanside or San Diego. Centrally located in San Diego County, it’s just minutes by car to world-class tourist attractions including the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Petco Baseball Park and Legoland. Home is equipped with a 240 charger for your electric vehicle, just bring your own adapter. In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. Several floor rugs had rolled back and were a fall hazard. The bathroom sinks flowed very slowly. The air conditioners didn't work properly and made a lot of noise even when turned off.

The rental experience was perfect in every way - great locale, great unit with excellent furnishings and ability to cook gourmet meals in the well fitted kitchen with great appliances. The management was very cooperative and prompt with our requests.The views of the ocean were just fabulours. I would love to come here again.

Loved our gorgeous oceanfront condo. We had all we needed AND many places to walk to and explore. Loved falling asleep listening to the waves and watching the beautiful sunsets. We even saw some dolphins!

Condo is lovely. Very good space. Can't beat the view!! Bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds. I cook a lot because of food challenges, and the staff provided me with a blender and a proper coffee pot. The kitchen could have been better stocked. No salad or mixing bowls. No kitchen towels. The fireplace door was broken, and the master sink didn't drain from the moment I got there, but maintenance came the next day for that! I would stay again and recommend!!

This spot is gorgeous, The pictures of the home were spot on. The place was very clean and very well stocked with anything you could imagine you would need. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the sunsets were amazing. We spent a lot of time on the beach taking long walks. The beach was not crowded and very clean. This condo has very friendly environment. We spoke with people who live in the condos and they were very welcoming. Overall my daughter and I had a much needed week in paradise.

I also wish that the kitchen was stocked with essentials instead of random things that people left behind. There weren’t any paper towels, basic seasonings or even dish washer detergent.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was quiet, clean, well stocked and a good location right near the stairs down to the beach and close to the parking spot. We loved the unobstructed ocean views. It was easy to find a spot on the sand at the bottom of the stairs right at the lifeguard station. We played tennis and didn't have to wait. It was a tad odd that the ping pong and pool required you bring your own paddles or sticks so we didn't play those. We used the air units a couple times and they worked great. We loved having a washer and dryer.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was quiet, clean, well stocked and a good location right near the stairs down to the beach and close to the parking spot. We loved the unobstructed ocean views. It was easy to find a spot on the sand at the bottom of the stairs right at the lifeguard station. We played tennis and didn't have to wait. It was a tad odd that the ping pong and pool required you bring your own paddles or sticks so we didn't play those. We used the air units a couple times and they worked great. We loved having a washer and dryer.

The location of this unit is fantastic! I love being able to look out and see the waves with surfers. I was in town for work and found myself working in the evenings and even on the weekend. I was able to comfortably work at the table for several hours. It felt like I was at a home away from home. If I'm back in town for a week or longer, I'll try to stay here again.

The location of this rental is AMAZING! However, the bathrooms were not clean, specifically the rugs in the bathrooms which were totally disgusting and I had to wash them to be able to use them. The blinds on the sliding glass door were so broken I was never able to close them for my entire week-long stay, which was a privacy concern. There was also an incident in the parking garage where someone was reviving their engine and peeling out so bad that neighbors were complaining about the smoke and smell. I really wanted to love this cute little place but it was just so dirty and upsetting.

Great escape in Solana Beach
What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained, it is quiet and very clean. The beach was not crowded except for Saturday and Sunday, so we just went early on those days. The stairs to the beach could be a problem if you have mobility issues.
