I paid an advance of 4k before checking in to the hotel. When i checked in, the reception staff had no clue about the ad

the room was decent for the money i paid

The management staff is not at all organised and uninformed. They only value the money that the clients bring in. No one is really concerned about the wellfare of the clients

Hotel is very clean and modern. Staff are helpful. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city and very accessible

Considering the location....it's a newly built property with adequate comfort but the problem is food....don't expect anything wrt food. The chef has to be more keen to take interest.. Breakfast was pathetic

nice rooms and comfortable. service is as below par.

Nice clean and big rooms.

wifi wasn’t working and even after complaining 3 times it was gone for hours.

never again, made a big mistake

location was ok

bad food , no choice no toiletries, got dental kit for Rs 50 from house keeping dirty swimming pool, not maintained for years bed linen not changed for 3 days cleaned the room in 5 mts toilet not cleaned we were received by the security who also became the receptionist and handed over the keys no one to carry baggage

Excellent stay. Will visit in future. I loved it.

Staff at the hotel was very courteous. Receptionist Asha was very prompt by giving a call and checking on our every need. I would to come back again.

All was good. Nothing specific.

The inclusion of breakfast. The room was cleaned and beds made whenever needed.

They should have smoking rooms available as it is a hassle to keep going out for a smoke..
