Convenient location, close to the sea, cleanliness, coziness, attentive staff, clean pool. Markets and restaurants are nearby.

i really enjoyed staying at Sagma Central rooms. Its super close to Perissa black beach, bus stop to city centre and local supermarket. The staff was absolutely amazing. I'm on strict vegan diet and the lady was cutting fresh fruit for me every morning. The place was clean and quiet. So i definitely recommend x

Very clean accommodation, comfortable bed and well maintained throughout, with wonderful staff. Theo and Lita were engaging and wonderful hosts. Breakfast was very basic, but did its job of getting the day going.

Proximity to the main road in / out of Perissa. Whilst reasonably close to the beach and a great range of restaurants, it was unfortunate that the short stretch of main road to get to them is largely without pavement; you need to be traffic aware!

Shockingly overpriced for what is offers. Rooms are clean but so basic you don’t have anywhere to unpack. Breakfast is on the cheap. Not much choice at all. We have stayed in two more places in Santorini and this one costed almost the same that we have paid for 4 and 5 stars hotel

We had wonderful time át Litza and Theo. We asked for private transfer, they were there. Excellent breakfast. Great pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Litza booked the excursions for us for the average travel agency price. Market 2minutes away, restaurants can be reached in 2-5 minutes. Good wifi in rooms and common areas. We could see the sea from our balcony.

The main road is close, so it is noisy if windows are open.

The breakfast was very poor, some bisuits, one egg... better to eat breakfast somewhere else.

I loved our stay at sagma central rooms. The hosts we're so nice and helpfull. The room was beautiful too. We felt very welcome from the moment they picked us up from the airport. The hotel is in Perissa, and i loved it there. It's quiet, and nearby the black sanded beach. The lady ( I called her mama Purple because of her lovely hair) helped us with a rental car, and a boottrip. The breakfast was delicious too. I recommend this hotel a lot!

The only little thing I can advice is to change the matres. for me, somebody with back pains , it was a bit too hard. But furthermore it was such a nice stay.

The room needed some updates, there was definitely noise from every other room in the building, and overall it wasn't very nice. It may be a good price for Santorini, but we stayed in many other hotels on many other islands in the area and all were much better than this one

We enjoyed our stay here! We had a big room with a nice balcony and we could use a nice pool in the back yard. It was about 15min walk to the beach and a half an hour bus drive to Fira. The bus station is a few meters from the hotel also! The staff was nice and helpful.

The property is by the main road leading into Perissa. If you're happy to walk or drive a bit to get to points of interest, this is a great deal. Good beaches further to the south a short hike away, ancient Thera right in front of the doorstep. Friendly, slightly anonymous vibe, very clean, safe. Good internet. Good shower. Comfortable mattress. Would recommend for a short stay.

The kitchenware is not actually in the room, but outside in the tea kitchen by the pool area. There you can find basics such as a microwave and an electric table grill which is nice. No cooking oil, salt or such though. The fridge was in the room. It's not that I didn't like it, it was just different to my expectations.
