Fantastic Stay at Flagstaff Green Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Flagstaff Green Apartments and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room itself was immaculate, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious array of dishes, each one expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. I also appreciated the variety of options available for breakfast, ensuring there was something to satisfy every palate. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and transportation options. Whether I was exploring the city or simply relaxing at the hotel, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, I can't recommend Flagstaff Green Apartments highly enough. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities made for an unforgettable stay. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Melbourne....

Small apartment, poor location - not suitable for families.

The pool was good.

The location was not good for children - no public transport close by which meant a lot of walking and catching taxis. The apartment was smaller than it appeared and not comfortable for 4 people. There was a fold out couch, but no doona or blankets for it. Lifts were slow. Balcony was small and did not allow for 4 people to be sat together comfortably. Not as clean as I would have expected.

A definite gem for a perfect getaway!!!

Clean, well appointed, with great spa, gym and pool facilities. Perfect location. Very close to the beautiful Flagstaff Gardens and a short walk into the city.

Great facilities and convenient location

Great location, close to Queen Victoria Markets and variety of eateries. Coles, Aldi and Woolworths supermarkets nearby. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the apartment, and an equipped kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym, pool and spa were fantastic.

The sofa bed is not comfortable and hard to sleep on. Lots of noise from neighbouring apartments with a dog barking and people talking loudly on their balconies until 3am during most of our stay.

Excellent property and facilities, easy walking distance to city and shopping.

Excellent location. Second time we have stayed. Son lives in building and was two floors below, so it was easy to catch up with him. Easy walk to city and lots of restaurants. Docklands by tram or walking.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. The apartment and pool/spa were all very clean and exactly like the description said.Easy walk to the markets,aldi and more. Would definitely book this place again.

Great place to stay but be prepared to walk to get to the tram stops and breakfast places

Staff were super friendly and helpful and they upgraded us from a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom for free without us asking. The rooms were a good size and very clean and comfortable

Great location, clean facility.

Great location, clean with all amenities we needed to cook and be comfortable.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It really needed a new mattress as it really sagged in the middle. Both myself and my wife didn't sleep very well due to this. That was my only complaint.

Spacious apartment

Staff were very helpful. It is a beautiful, spacious apartment, comfortable for four adults. We liked the wooden floor in the living room. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Toilet was very nice and has storage space for toiletries. Hot water was consistent. Overall quite a nice apartment.

Wasn't as clean as I thought it'll be -- sofa had some sand/dirt/food bits on it, and toilet had dust and hair collecting in less trafficked areas. Staples for the room carpet floor were sticking out a little near the edges (invisible but catches on feet), so be careful. Note that you have to collect the keys from another building before you walk to this one (just fyi). Apartment is outside the Free Tram Zone, so may be inconvenient for those with mobility issues.

Convenient location at a competitive price. Had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves.

Location, comfortable, and spacious for our family of 6. Large Tv had access to Netflix, Prime, etc.

Toilet not clean upon arrival, although rest of apartment was fine. Limited view nothing to write home about.

Location was okay. Building secure. Pool was great.

Cleanliness wasn't great. We booked for 5 adults and 2 children. Wasn't suitable bedding for that number. No trundle beds for the kids. 2nd toilet advertised but there wasn't one. Only one TV. Wont do the pick up keys from one place to then go to another. Will be sticking to the motels in the CBD.

There were 6 serves of plates & cutlery. Many places only have 4 and it's never enough. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the stay.

The hot water was not very hot. It was always only warm.

Superb

I would like to thank the staff member who went above and beyond to stay back until my son arrived in Melbourne which wasn't till 1am and the reception was meant to close at 12am. I was really concerned the boys would be out on the street for the night but he reassured me he would make sure they were ok.

It was overall a wonderful stay! Comfortable, clean and lovely service from the staff.

It’s away from the main crowd in the city yet it’s conveniently located. Coles supermarket is nearby within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Service staff were also polite and prompt. Great place to rest. Korean food street and Indian food are all within walking distance too. Happy to return in the future.

The sofa felt like it needed some deep cleaning.

Very good

The apartment has everything needed. Loved that there was a washing machine, full sized kitchen and fridge, big tv and balcony. Very good location, very close to markets. Most popular areas were walkable or accessible by nearby trams. Staff were wonderfully accommodating and friendly. Was quiet and had good blinds on windows. I was very impressed by how promptly they replied to messages and allowed early check in.

Spa smelled a bit funky (but I don't think this is managed by the accommodation provider), shower silicon was a bit mouldy in places and could use a bleaching. No protector on mattress, only a single flat sheet and mattress was a bit grubby. Pillows were *very* fluffy and soft. Overall we were very very happy with the accommodation and these were just little things that could be improved for future guests. We would stay again.
