This is an amazing location since it gives you access to move around basically anywhere you wish to go in Bahia Banderas! Bucerías has great local activities besides its beautiful and fun beach; it offers delicious gastronomy like fresh ceviches and of course one of its local specialties, the decadent “Pescado Zarandeado” a fish that you must try if you enjoy fish and sea food in general. You can walk its streets and visit its lovely market or if you are feeling more adventurous you cannot miss the Art walk Night that starts every Thursday from Lazaro Cardenas street where you can enjoy buying art at good prices and try some mezcal and tequila from the local sellers. It’s a great opportunity to get amazing pieces and fun since it goes on until late at night! I must mention La Cruz de Huanacaxtle since it also has much to offer. Enjoy Playa Destiladeras, a few km before Punta Mita, a peaceful beach to watch the amazing Vallarta sunsets, known for its white sands and calmed ocean waves. While you are there, try to make time to eat at Nahui Restaurant it has great fresh food. Another great beach to visit is Playa la Manzanilla perfect for kids with lots of shops and places to eat with very easy access. You can book a great sailing adventure with the family or a boat ride, both will be thrilling and full of picturesque sites. You can also do some sport fishing to dine your own catch of the day! If you enjoy diving visit Blue Tortuga adventures and dive away into an amazing, see marine environment… This are only a few of the many things you can do from where you are located, however Bahia Banderas bay has much to offer and only a few km apart pretty much everything! The place was great.
They told us that another party was coming in on the next day. So we asked for an hour or two extra. They said no.
We asked if we could leave our bags by the front door and originally they said no and that we'd have to leave them out side. Later they did said we could leave them inside until our van arrived. For the price we paid and under the conditions, we didn't think we were asking for too much.

We were a group of 14, adults and children. The home has lots of space for everyone, the large kitchen/dining room and living room were perfect for our needs. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces, and the view! The beach is a disappointment - but we compensated by taking a taxi to a very pretty beach nearby. The complex grounds are lovely and there is a small bar/restaurant right next door. Some of our family members enjoyed the tennis courts.
We hired two chefs and could not have been happier with the results. They were amazing and made our vacation complete.

We had a great time and loved the property. Beautiful, unique home and it had everything we needed. Excellent housekeeping and great communication with management. After some initial confusion upon check in, which was quickly and fully resolved by Maria, all we had a great stay!

Beautiful property, beautiful view. Farther from any towns than originally thought. House staff was good and came daily but would have been nice to have been stocked with a few house essentials. We wanted to do our laundry and dishes but were told we had to supply our own dish and laundry soap. The house staff was there to wash the towels every day but if we wanted to wash our own clothes we had to supply our own soap. For the price of the accommodation it would have been nice to have those small things. There is no store close by so it was a pain to have to work that out on our own. It also would have been nice to have basic essentials in the house like unlimited drinkable water, coffee, tea, oil, etc. Our house manager was available but not necessarily the most helpful.He didn’t offer much help.
The massages were amazing at the spa on the property! Cash only though - FYI.
We walked to both Bucerias and La Cruz but was tide dependent. About 40 min in either direction. We were able to get either taxis or Ubers to pick us up at the door which was super convenient. It is only about a 5 min cab to La Cruz and 10-15 to Bucerias depending on traffic.
All in all we had an amazing time at this property. It fit our family perfectly and the pool and views are amazing! I would definitely go back but again, for the price you pay would be nice to have a few essentials included.

Beautiful, spacious home with ocean views from every room, with top amenities. It is superbly maintained both, inside and outside. We were 9 adults and everyone got their own comfortable bed, plenty of towels, and lots of space to hag out. The on-site cafe with an infinity pool was very convenient. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards and our own private jacuzzi.
The beach is a little rocky but the water is calm )no waves) and very private. The host was very responsive and helpful, Definitely returning.

This house was the perfect spot to call home for 2 weeks. It is private and in a great location right at the beach. We enjoyed the access to the spa, restaurant and many other pools on the property. Having our own pool and hot tub was great being that we were 3 families with 7 kids in our group. The full kitchen and BBQ made it easy to make our own meals. The rooms were large and comfortable and the cleaning staff did a very nice job during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home for your relaxing getaway.

Overall, beautiful property and safe, secluded location. The home was spacious and accommodated our 3 families with children of varying age ranges nicely. Beach access was immediate, however the beach was extremely rocky. Our families traveled to other beaches in Sayulita, Bucerias and Puerto for more comfortable beach access. Other points to consider were the distance to nearby stores and groceries. Taxi service was a must to get to any nearby stores or attractions. Definitely nothing within walking distance. We’ve stayed at other Bucerias villa properties that included a chef service. Since this was both an anniversary and birthday trip, we had hoped to include this as part of the experience. We had limited contact or support from the property manager in securing these additional services. Communication was delayed or non existent in certain cases. The chef that we did secure was part of the property restaurant staff. We would have liked more options as this chef offered limited menu options at expensive prices. Overall, the location and site itself was beautiful. We spent the majority of the time in the pool and in the main indoor living space. All rooms had their own AC units and were kept at cool temperatures.

One of the bedrooms has an outdoor entrance and is not connected to the interior of the villa...which was fine for us, as we were a group of adults and older kids, but might not work well with younger kids. Tanya was easy to work with and the daily cleaning crew was top-notch. We also had Chef Miguel's staff cook us one dinner meal and it was delicious!

The perfect setup!
Wow this is a beautiful property! And Tanya, the hostess, was great…always available to answer questions and help us navigate transportation and excursions, and super friendly. The restaurant just steps away had great food and staff(only takes cash), and the restaurant just down the beach was fun too. Make sure to bring water shoes, as the ocean is rocky… We can’t wait to return!

Best Girls Trip Ever!
I brought a group of 11 women to the house for a 40th birthday celebration. It was absolutely perfect. The pictures are beautiful, but it's even better in person. There are four bedrooms and two of them sleep 4-5 adults. This was no problem, the closets had ample storage space for all the suitcases and clothes, and the bathrooms are huge and lovely. We used the chef service recommended, and it was excellent! It was such an amazing value to have all grocery shopping, meals prepared and clean up for a group this large, plus the food was excellent. Another amazing part of this house is the concierge service that is included.

We decided to rent this house in Huanacaxtle
so all of our family could finally spend time together. It was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as described and so much more. Comfortable, safe, clean and beautiful!! The management company were really nice helping us to make the best of our vacation before and during our stay. I would definitely suggest arranging transportation to/from the airport and hiring the recommended chef . We had gourmet Mexican food everyday and never had to worry about going to a supermarket, preparing food ourself or cleaning up. It took the stress out of finding restaurants and transportation. It made an excellent vacation even more amazing !! We will definitely return to this location in the future xx

so all of our family could finally spend time together. It was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as described and so much more. Comfortable, safe, clean and beautiful!! The management company were really nice helping us to make the best of our vacation before and during our stay. I would definitely suggest arranging transportation to/from the airport and hiring the recommended chef . We had gourmet Mexican food everyday and never had to worry about going to a supermarket, preparing food ourself or cleaning up. It took the stress out of finding restaurants and transportation. Perfect family holiday
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house. Communication with Malena and La Isla team was always easy and efficient. And the house is beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 4 couples and 6 young children. It’s very private and the staff was always very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here and I hope to go back there! Great times.

Outstanding location and great service.
The property of casa #1 is breathtaking. The house itself has plenty of windows that give the best view to the backyard and the beach. There are plenty of palm trees in the back yard and the palapa in the back yard is very relaxing. The pool/ jacuzzi in the backyard is always operating and running on good temperature. The cleaning service was great! The cleaning was included with the pay, so the service people came every other day. The cleaning took about 2 hours each day and was spectacular. I would consider staying here again.

Awesome location, beautiful home, pool was great for all ages! The only slightly disappointing factor was the beach was pretty rocky, not good for swimming.
