Down the hall on the same level you will find a bedroom furnished with a beautiful white queen sized bed, chest of drawers, and a vibrant comforter. An adjacent bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and beautiful granite countertops as well as a laundry area are also located on this level for your convenience. Heading up the stairs and entering the bonus room, you will find a sofa and flat screen television perfect for kids wanting to enjoy a movie separate from the adults. The master bedroom retreat just down the hall features a king size bed with plush bedding, a flat screen television, a large chest of drawers, and your own private balcony overlooking the sandy shoreline. The adjoined master bathroom boasts a tiled walk in shower, garden tub, and double sinks with granite countertops. The second bedroom down the other end of the hall is equipped with a king bed and a small Juliet balcony. This guest room neighbors another bathroom with granite countertops and a combination shower/tub. We so enjoyed the few days spent at this spacious place. Everything was exactly as pictured. Had everything you needed and the home was clean and spacious. Hopefully we will return again with more family soon. And the views were spectacular! Sunrises were just beautiful and this place is right on the beach! A must stay! Loved it!

Outstanding location on the beach and close to Fort Clinch and downtown. Spacious and clean. Had small issue with drains in the tub not working and handle on one of the toilets not working all the time but these were minor.

Nice house and layout. Beach seemed to be even closer in the backyard than the pictures seem to depict. Easy walking distance to restaurants, gas station, parks, erc. north of the house. For sure, go to the Salt Life restaurant for lunch or dinner as it is great food. Only negative(still gave 5 stars) is that the carpet upstairs in the bedrooms is past it's useful life and needs replaced IMHO.

The property was very updated and clean. It was right on the beach and had beautiful decks to both view the ocean and relax. The layout was well arranged and spacious. The beds and furniture were comfortable It was well equipped with linen, starter supplies and cooking utensils. I was impressed by the amount of lighting and outlets available. The communication was excellent. We really our too short stay!

Relaxing, comfortable stay for 5 adults. We enjoyed sunrise on the beach, looking for shells, sitting on both decks, body surfing and watching the land turtles. Washer, dryer, dishwasher worked great. We cooked all our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Grocery is very close as well as starbucks and dairy queen.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Location was great and we had everything we needed.I will say we couldn’t use the pool because two ducks made it their home but enjoyed watching them swim in the pool. Also grill was very rusty and old but would definitely go back to this duplex again!

The location is perfect. The management company is great. The price is on the higher end for what you get. These issues were discussed with property manager. My issues were that the beds were cheap and terribly uncomfortable. Specifically, the master mattress is the kind that is super cheap and thin. You can feel the springs. The bedding is worn. The towels had stains. The furniture in the den is worn and dirty. The decor is dated and reflects the lack of attention to detail from the owner (not management) The back door wouldn’t lock. If this unit was updated and upgraded, it would be fair to rent at this price point. There are so many other properties on the island (in the vicinity of this house) that are much more comfortable and cost the same or even less.

We loved your beautiful home and having ocean front. There were 6 of us and the home was perfect for our family. All the bed were super comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was a life saver! The only thing I would like more of is cookware. We were going to make pancakes one morning but there wasn’t a pan that would work. I will definitely rent this home again!

We loved the house location right on the beach. The sunsets were amazing and the beds comfortable. We have pretty much everything we needed for our family of 6. We are ready to go back.
