U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops restaurants, & beach. U can easily walk 2 Pier Village & other entertainment. Living Room has a King & separated from the bunk area and kitchenette. Unit comes w/ new furnishings. Has washer/dryer. Located in a gated community with oversized balcony and great pool. USAGE OF 2 BIKES for an additional fee. Optional Fees: *1pm EST check in: $20 *12pm EST check out: $20 *Usage of 2 bikes during your entire trip: $20 *Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed). PLEASE NOTE: IF BOOKING A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT, A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED (UNLESS THERE IS ONLY 1 NIGHT LEFT AVAILABLE). NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day. I have stayed all over the island over the years and I would highly recommend this property. The location is perfect for beach and pier village. The condo was clean and well maintained. The communication with the host was always fast and detailed. I would stay here again.

This condo was great for a weekend getaway. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative and made sure we had all we needed to have a nice time. The condo was described accurately, clean, and nicely decorated. We liked the pool at the complex and the use of bikes provided by the host. We had a fun weekend! Will definitely be back.

This is a great property. It’s centrally located for driving, walking or taking a Lyft. The property is bright, clean and quiet (it’s at the end of the floor with a corner balcony). The complex has a beautiful swimming pool. My friends and I stayed for a girls’ weekend and were so happy with the accommodations. Definitely plan to return again soon!

A friend and I stayed at this location for for a small get away. The owner was very diligent in communicating with us and letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. The owner included island recommendations as well as videos on where to park as well as how to get the property which were helpful. We chose this specific VRBO because bikes were included and it was definitely a plus. We used them daily as we biked to restaurants and the pier which were all within 10 minute biking distances. I would recommend this location to anyone needing somewhere to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Dave's property on St Simons. The unit was close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Parking under the building was an added bonus. All amenities were as advertised.

This condo unit is clean and secure. As senior citizens, we very much appreciated that. However, the bed and other furnishings were very soft and difficult to get out of. There are no handicap bars in the bathroom, which proved to be quite a difficulty for both my wife and I who suffer from bad backs. The unit is not overlooking the pool as shown in the pictures. The rear deck is very nice, but overlooks the dumpsters and about 20 trash containers which are accessed by neighbors at all hours. We reserved and paid for 7 nights but checked out after three.

This property was as advertised. Very comfortable amenities. Excellent location to all the action of the south end of the Island. I grew up on the Island so my expectations were high. The unit is more hotel/suite like. It does have a set of bunk beds but there is little privacy for them as they are in the kitchenette area. Would work for tweens and younger. The bikes are a little rusty but that expected due to salt water air. This will be my go-to place. It was safe and secure and quiet. This is ideal for a couple who likes to be outdoors and active. David was a good host and responded quickly.

We really enjoyed this location. Gated property gave us feeling of security for our ebikes. We were able to walk a short distance to Fiddlers restaurant. Rode our bikes everywhere! Condo felt private, quiet and friendly folks either residents or guests.

Dave is a wonderful, friendly and a very helpful host whom will take care of your family as if you were his own family. The property is clean and well maintained with a gated community that made our stay more comfortable and safe with children. The neighbors were very pleasant whom made you feel as if you were at home. The apartment/condo was clean and well kept with all the basic necessities you would need for a short term vacation trip. We brought our 3 and 5 years olds down for a long weekend and loved the place. The setup with the bunk beds in the kitchen/hallway actually worked really well for us. Also has covered parking which is an underrated amenity in the Georgia summers.

This location is fantastic. With the bikes on the property, you can easily reach the beach and the shopping area. The bed was super-comfortable, as were the pillows. I didn't notice the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom (in addition to the shower) in the description, but it was a great added touch.
