I booked a surprise stay for me and my partner. it was everything I wanted and more. The property is in the Old Town and is a perfect base for a night out. The apartment is stunning and very cosy. Perfect for a romantic night away.

I was on an adventure - to cycle, solo, across the width of Britain. This was one of the 12 accommodations that I stayed in along the journey. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. I chose this place because it was on my way along my journey and the accommodation did not disappoint. Lovely place to stay in the heart of the old town of Hull.

Everything, it was amazing and very clean, will definitely recommend, Very happy.

The apartment was fantastic and in a great location. Had little extras like toiletries, coffee pods, tea etc. Netflix was available on the TV. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

It was a stunning property and the staff who I’ve messaged before my stay were more then helpful above and beyond. The bed was super comfy

My favourite hotel I’ve been to is the hideout in hull unfortunately I couldn’t book in due to it been fully booked so I thought I would try here . To me the smaller details are the ones that make or break and unfortunately I don’t know if I would return here as there was a few small things that do add up. One the pictures on booking.com there was a picture off the hull roasted coffee I was expecting to see that in the apartment , but it was mainly generic coffee, the coffee machine was dusty and only two pods were left. The bathroom the tap fell off I guess they must already know about it as its definitely not new a new problem. The bathroom mirror and shower glass was really streaky. The temperature of the shower wouldn’t cool it got very hot , also I guess because it’s an old building the drainage from the shower was poor or it’s a blocked drain as it was very close to flooding before it drained. All the candles in the room didn’t actually have what was in the labels it was tea lights and most had been burnt through. I guess it is wear and tear with the property been used but I’m gutted as I really wanted to have this as my new favourite place to stay in hull but it’s just not there just yet

Noisy floorboards when get up in night!

It felt like home. The decor was totally to my tastes and the room was very comfortable.

The stairs to the room but that is because I had a heavy case, I am older and have arthritis so it would have been good to have someone there to assist. I would also have liked a small carton of fresh milk but that is being picky.

Only down fall is the stairs and no bedroom door allso the shower was hard to work the temperature

Very cozy atmosphere in the living/kitchen area. Kitchen was well equiped if you want to cook your own meals. Couch very comfortable for a night in with some movies. Bed very comfortable, we felt rested throughout our stay.

Bedroom and bathroom were very cold throughout our stay. Portable heater (in the bedroom) didn't seem to do much, the no-door situation made it so the heat couldn't be kept in. The wall-mounted heater in the bathroom would get warm but not hot.

terrible nights sleep due to the apartment being freezing I was told that maybe the case as I booked late on my only real gripe and the boiler for the shower was turned off not sure the towel radiator was working
