Nice stay in Miami

Great location, nice and clean apartment, free parking included, great view, easy to communicate with host

The beds were too soft (you are sinking into the mattress if you are a guy), the apartment was nice but also a bit plain

Very uncomfortable beds! You rather pay for a view than for a comfortable sleep.

- nice apartment and fully equipped kitchen - free parking was convenient - great view - great gym - good location

- the beds were horrible, not comfortable at all! We could not sleep well - you could not lock the balcony door - we kind of felt unsafe even though we were on the 14th floor

Location

The service at the front counter was not good at times. We were told on several occasions "call your host". The pick up online packages were poor. We had to come down several time, most of the times they were closed. so we were back and forth. The previous employee never really tried to assist. The one currently there tired her best the day before we left to track packages etc. This service needs attention because it is not customer friendly.

It was the worst ever

How the Desk clerks tried to help us but could not B and B sucks

that my key did not work the whole 4 days to anything Except condo door. Did not work in elevator, Pool, Entry door in lobby. B and B was notified and did nothing about it. At 75 years old I took the stairs 8 floors to meet my friends in 2520 You owe me some kind of credit.

Wonderful

Everything exceeded my expectations. Everything was SO CLEAN! No clutter, no unneeded decorations. A clean slate. Loved it.

The only thing that I didn't like was the 7-eleven to pick up the keys, but just because I arrived late at night and didn't know what to expect. However, now hat I know the procedure, I wouldn't hesitate a minute to stay there again.

Miami Brickell Apartment

I did love everything about the location at Brickell. It's super walkable, lots of stores, lots of eateries, near the beach. The views are absolutely spectacular. The staff was very accommodating, and super helpful. It was also a very easy process to access the KeyBox, and very good communication with the owner. The bonus is you are right by the water when you walk out of your room. The apartments got all the comforts of home your washer dryer, stove fridge, microwave, dishes, and a really huge balcony.

The Place is very minimal as far as furniture goes. It was super lovely though, but the couch was somewhat uncomfortable. The security guard was very interesting. The parking lot was a bit cumbersome to maneuver up-and-down with tight space to go down the ramp. If you have a big car or truck. The pool should be closed later at least by 9 or 10 not at 8:00 p.m.

The location was maybe the best thing? But there was construction all around the building and it was hard to get to.

The pool was closed One of the beds was broken and sagging There weren’t enough linens for everyone The place was shabby (broken fixtures, torn blinds, cigarette butts & a dirty balcony with no chairs- blood? on the blinds) SO noisy. Someone was slamming against doors in the hallway at 5 AM for a LONG time at 5 AM The street construction noise started at 6 AM This was NOT what we expected for $$$

The property was nice and spacious. The view was decent. The host was kind. It was in the heart of downtown Miami. I loved that we had a designated parking space. It was easy to pick up and return the keys. The host provided clear instructions. We had access to the pools and jacuzzi. 7/11 and CVS were literally right downstairs. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. This was a great space for a decent price. The white couch turned into a bed and there was also a full-size air mattress in addition to the two beds in the bedroom.

The sheets didn't look fresh and new. That was my only issue with this property. So that made me a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully I carried my own. Also, minor issues with wifi.
