Un lugar excelente para descansar y relajarse en el spa, La comida muy rica , la atención del personal excelente , en la recepción José en el restaurante Eduardo, en la piscina Wilman y en el spa Aranza y Estefania,en el spa el masaje espectacular las instalaciones estupendas, el bar sobre el manglar es muy lindo si se aprecia el hábitat.

Unsere Gruppe, bestehend aus 5 Personen waren die einzigen Gäste, es wurde uns das Abendessen verrechnet, obwohl Halbpension gebucht. Kein englisches Wort an der Rezeption.

Me encantó la paz que se respira ahí. Está rodeado de mucha naturaleza, es un lugar ideal para desconectarse de todo. Las habitaciones son súper cómodas. Además, el personal del hotel tuvo detalles muy lindos con nosotros en la habitación. Recomendado. Iría nuevamente. Relación precio-calidad 10/10. Nos quedamos con ganas de probar el spa, pero hay que reservar con tiempo 😭

Le sugiero al personal de la piscina estar más atento a los huéspedes. Siempre que quise pedir algo, me tocaba ir por ellos o corretearlos, porque nunca se acercaron, y no estaban ocupados, siempre estaban como hablando entre ellos. Creo que eso empaña un poco la experiencia.

- NO DRINKABLE WATER. you have to pay for bottled water, about a dollar each. - Tiny resort - VERY BAD wifi - You have to pay for every use of the sauna, not worth it! - Expensive spa, meh quality - Horrible loud music from broken speakers - Some of the staff are plain bad

The staff was amazing and helped you with everything. They even gave you an umbrella when it rained. The hotel room was nice, they gave us a welcome drink, dried fruits, a welcome card and a lot of toiletries (including a body scrub!) Big refreshing pool. We were the only people there so it was quite an experience. Massage was amazing and really professional.

There were a lot of mosquitos at night during diner, so be aware, you are a buffet for them. Repellent (the staff have some for you) alone isn't enough to stop them from snacking on you so bring light clothes to cover you up. You couldn't just walk to the beach they need to take you with a van, they won't take you afte 4pm. Food and drinks are quite expensive for that quality.

I like everything about the property it just completely different from a regular hotel . it’s just for relaxing. Peaceful place to spend 1-2 days
