This 2 Bd, 2 Ba CLEAN condo has great views of the ski lift area and mountain and it's close to hiking and dining! There are 2 hot tubs, which we enjoyed often.
If it's as busy as the Oct wknd we rented, DO NOT ARRIVE btwn 4-6pm on Friday. There were cars, that had been in line to get a parking permit and unload, for over an hour. Thankfully, we arrived at 10:45pm Thursday night but since the 1st gate opened as we approached, we drove thru, not realizing that was where we were supposed to pick up our parking permit. We got to 2nd gate, which is unmanned, and parked in front of that in a short term spot. Walked inside and was told that we could get a cart to take our stuff to our room, then take our car back to a lower lot. Parking Shuttle only runs until 11pm, so the driver had us follow him, so we could get a ride back up. It's cold and windy on Sugar Mountain and a long steep walk back to condos, so shuttle is preferred.
As condo photos show, condo could use some updating, and there is a hole in main bathroom ceiling, but we only cared that condo was clean. Master bed was super comfy!

Very nicely stocked and very clean. Not a lot of units occupied so we were able to park at the top. Desk staff were friendly. Only issue : I am a fairly light sleeper and the last night was windy. There is a noise that gets louder and louder as the wind increases - sounds like metal slapping metal and came from the fireplace.

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed (except coffee). It is close to Sugar Mountain for skiing, the only issue was parking. It was on the property but needed a shuttle, the staff was attentive but it was still a bit of a pain, particularly with kids and coordinating time sensitive trips. Plan on budgeting a bit more time when going to the mountain.

This condo is super cute, has amazing views, comfortable beds and is very clean. The owners left a lot of supplies in the kitchen and cozy blankets. Perfect getaway place for a small family.

We stayed for a quick weekend. The place was great and comfortable. Any worries about construction or the parking/shuttle were quickly alleviated and were a non issue. Convenient location to food, shopping and things to do. The views were amazing.

This was an amazing trip starting with the condo. Easy to find initially, great views no matter where you looked, and it was located right in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

Sugar Top Condos
The Cando was cozy and clean! The views were breathtaking. However, the parking was the only issue. You had to park at Secretary's gate and get a shuttle to the condo. The pool and hot tubs were nice. The owner was easy to get in touch with and helpful. The front desk staff needs to take customer service lessons from the shuttle service.

The condo is central to many wonderful hikes and trails. Gas and groceries are close by.

We really enjoyed our stay. Such a amazing view of the ski slopes. Enough room for 6 of us. The air mattress was such a great surprise for the 2 people sleeping in the room.

Enjoyed our stay. Porch was dirty cigarette butts on floor. Small hot water unit and could not take 2 showers in morning. Needed to call about tv remote, not working. They sent maintenance man to check. Fireplace was not functual

The condo rented was privately owned. The front desk staff acted as though it was a nuisance we were there when I checked in. I asked 1 simple question and was given a not-so-courteous answer. We were given a digital code to unlock the door, when the digital pad failed the front staff acted like they didn't want to give me a key, it was only after we explained we had a small child and all of our stuff was in that room did they give the key but they did so very reluctantly and then followed us to the room to get it back immediately.

Excellent experience
We really enjoyed our stay. Check in/out procedure was easy as it gets. Family of four and there was plenty of room for all. Friendly staff and the pool area was great - hot tub, sauna and steam room were great after being in the cold all day.
The entire family was pleased with our stay and would definately recommend and stay again.

Ski trip
We spent 4 nights at this property for our first ski trip to sugar mountain. We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Very clean with a cozy feel. My son enjoyed the video games that were in the living room and each room had a flat screen smart tv with cable. Plenty of towels provided in each bathroom. Little extras like an complimentary gift bag with coffee, snacks, sun screen and brochures give a nice touch. My son and husband enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub in the evenings after we came back from skiing. About a 5 minute drive to the ski resort from condo. Things to keep in mind. We arrived Saturday evening and had to park outside gate and take the shuttle up to the property. Sunday-Tuesday night we were able to park up at the main parking lot. If you are staying during the weekend there is a chance you will have to use the shuttle to your vehicle. Also, when you take a shower/bath it’s best to wait 20-30 minutes before next person showers so hot water heater can heat more water. This is explained in the checkin papers so we were aware of this when we checked in. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we enjoyed our trip.

Excellent Ski Trip Stay
My family had a great time staying at this rental for our first "ski" trip. It was as listed and clean. The location was great and was right next to Sugar Mountain. You can even see a couple of the slopes from the window! One of the days we were there was freezing rain, so we had fun using the indoor pool. Additionally, I have to have coffee every morning and I really appreciated the coffee and creamer that was provided - most rentals I've stayed at do not provide these items. I only wish there could have been some pool towels provided.

Yearly snow visit!
Thank you for opening your property to the Shear family! We visit every year for our family ski trip. We loved the condo and everything was great. Decorating throughout was well done. We were a little bummed we couldn't use the fireplace for wood burning but to be honest we were all exhausted after every day of skiing! We will visit again.
