الاسره غير مريحه وغير نظيفه وتوجد فيها روائح كريهه .. الخدمه ضعيفه من العاملين في الفندق .. لا يوجد من يساعدك في حمل الحقائب ..

Beautiful apartment and very comfortable and clean. Everything is brand new, and the wifi quality is very good. The building it self is fantastic, few mins walk to Dubai. Many thanks to Hillary for the hospitality and support. I highly recommended and I hope you see you again Edens😍😍

Room is clean, furnitures modern, and kitchen appliances are working. 1 kilometer-walk to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall.
No rice cooker, some cooking utensils are rusty & broken like frying pan. It’s nice if you will stay 1-2 days only. Why?no one will take your garbage. it will take 7 days before they will clean the room.Garbage bags, detergents not available. Toiletries, Bathroom tissues & towels good for 1 day only. They will supply only if you call them and should repeatedly call them to send your request until 2 days hence you will be forced to reuse the towels. No extra towel if you use the swimming pool. Bring your own hand soap its not available.

centrally located & proximity to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall. during my checkout, I forgot my personal valuable stuff in the room & when I called the staff, they not only taken my call & address this matter promptly but also arranged to pass it to me. can’t thanks enough Hannan for the help!

the apartment is good location and in good condition
nice decor
the check in procedure took long time and very bureaucratic we have to wait for the agent they needed every one card they didn’t help us with parking the car or getting the luggage
it’s very busy location with small entrance it was tricky to keep the car till the agent came and showed us the parking spot
also he wanted to do everything else before that but we needed to sort the car first
the card access to car parks not working

nice clean property with new furnishings completed to a high standard
They did not supply a few basics in the kitchen like a sponge or washing up liquid, sugar etc. An apartment should come with basics like that.

Good location, big apartment, well equipped. Good design.
Used furniture: hanging furniture doors, burned out lamps, hole on the lining. Forgotted extra bed, what we get 2nd day, and the leg fixing clamp is bended, so it could collapse anytime.

great location, comfortable, pool is fantastic.
there wasn’t any extra towels or hand soap. it is also a little bit noisy from the street at night but that’s understandable being on the main road.

My check-in and orientation processes were seamless and the team members were very helpful and communicating. They were promptly responding to all my questions and they were very welcoming. The apartment itself has a very nice view and it was sparkling clean and has everything you’ll need. The location is also very nice and is in close proximity to everything you might need. Totally recommended and I would give it more than a 10 if I could! Thank you so much for the incredible stay!

Try living near Dubai mall
First they disturb me before stay there by telling me to send all my family's ID & telling me you have to pay deposit 2000 AED without telling it's a private apartment just telling me check the rules with booking.
The Soap expired & small rooms
There are no restaurants in the building or just cafe.
There are no TV in the rooms.
The beds uncomfortable.
There are lots of noisy because of projects
It's really bad experience
