The staff is the worst. I was in hurry and early check out but I forget to return the key one of staff call me, she spoke like I stolen something or kill someone!. ‘Bring the key back now!!!’ That what she shout on me, no please no would you mind but she said ‘BRING THE KEY BACK NOW!’

The wifi was good and I liked the location of the hotel. The room was great and the shower was spacious. The staff were lovely, the place was clean and it was nice to have ocean views (even if there are telephone poll lines).

It rained and water came in through the windows (I’m assuming). It didn’t impact me because I had a twin room and was sleeping on the bed closest to the inner wall. However there were puddles of water the next morning next to the window.

The room had everything I needed. Even a little kettle to heat water. The receptionist was really nice, helpful and spoke good English.

Some complimentary tea or coffee would have been appreciated.

Only stayed 1 night before our ferry but would have stayed more! Really nice room with a big TV (which was great with the rain). The ladies on reception were so lovely and chatty. Great value for money and you get free water

Convenient location for Nathon pier, not much else around but some nice restaurants.

Only 1 room with double bed that I couldn't get, the room was not on the sea, so no light apart from artificial light, no chair or stool to seat, the bed blankets were laid upside-down, the tap of the shower was corroded and blocked then only very hot water when getting a shower, which is not nice under this climate..

Spacious clean room in recently renovated hotel. Conveniently located next to the pier. Comfortable bed. Good aircon. Perfect for a short stay especially if you will be taking the ferry.

No breakfast and virtually no customer service. This did not matter for my overnight stay but I would not stay there for a longer leisure trip.

The hotel itself was pretty dirty, and the rooms were pretty small for the price paid. Also, there was no temp control for the shower as well as no hot water. Not worth any more than 500 THB

normally we were staying Chaweng beach area . we coulndt find ticket to bangkok so we had to stay one more day and we decide to stay near to port . looked cheap place only for a day nothing much but we shocked this is our best hotel sooo far everything they have we are happy to couldnt find ticket and stayed there

This place shocked me with how beautiful it was! It was an extra £3 to upgrade to the sea view room and I’m so glad we did as the sunset was breathtaking. The rooms were large and comfortable with a lovely hot shower and a smart tv, this is a luxury I’ve not often found in Thailand! I’m sorry I didn’t get the receptionists name but she was the nicest person and made us feel so welcome. She really cheered us up and is exactly who you want to meet after a long day of travel. We came here for easy access to the pier but I wish we could have stayed longer!

WIFI was properly working. Also we got some new waterbottles and toiletpaper at request. The sea was just over the streat - but not for swimming purpose. Therefore you had to walk like 3 minutes to reach Nathon Beach. The Hotel was near the Nightmarket and the Nathon Pier.

Sometimes we had troubles with the A/C remote, but maybe we were just to stupid to use the remote properly. Tiny windows with milk glass, not able to open it!

This was a decent place. I only stayed one night, awaiting a ferry from Nathon Pier. I was very comfortable here.

Place was fine. No complaints.

This hotel is great value. If you rent a moto you can visit all of the places on the island so the fact that this place isn't in the fancy resort areas doesn't really matter.

Price and room format , clean and optimization, nothing what u don't use. Big bathroom. For budget 800b u can't find better in hot season
