Concrete path down a gentle slope to the covered dock on DEEP water for you to put your boat and 2 jet ski ramps to park your toys. Close to Clemson University (20 minutes) , minutes to the best restaurants on the water ( The Galley, El Aerriero At The Shores, The Local, and more ), and a 5 minute boat ride to Greenpond Landing!! Great for fishermen, family vacation, weekend getaway, Clemson sports, graduations, and more..... The house was very clean and well supplied. The owner responded immediately and was friendly. The house is on deep water and the dock is big enough for boats and chairs if you just want to relax by the lake.
The downstairs gave the family something to do at night. Close by is Fork BBQ and I highly recommend it.
Overall a great time for all ages!

The place was spotless and such a peaceful spot on Lake Hartwell. We were visiting our daughter at Clemson so wasn’t there a ton but would definitely book this again or recommend. The owner was super responsive when we could not figure out the TVs.

House was nicely decorated. Multiple activities to do fishing, cornhole, pool and more. House was stocked with everything we needed and more. Beautiful lake! One of the best places we have stayed. Hope to come back again and bring our boat and stay longer.

An awesome house for 3 generations! Provided ample space to congregate and isolate!! The basement was a great place to send the kids while the adults visited either on the screen porch, sunroom or living room. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and the lake for our playground! All around perfection-equally enjoyed by grandparents, parents and kids!!

Really cozy spot with everything we needed for the 5 days we were there. The place as it is advertised and has a beautiful piece of property on deep bay - we swam, kayaked and canoed off the floating dock.
Inside had every amenity expected to make the perfect lake camp experience we were looking fo for. Truly relaxing and comfortable place…we’d come back for sure.

We had an amazing week at this house. The check in process was simple and organized. The house was filled with pretty much anything we needed and the quality of items such as towels and appliances were top notch. The owners were very responsive and respectful. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed the week. Property was very nice, some of the lights were out at the dock so at night it was a little hard to see, but we had flashlights. Enjoyed our stay and the home. Thank You!

There exterior of the house is modest. It's not until you get inside that you are really WOWED. The pictures do not do it justice. The interior is updated, modern and has all of the amenities that you need. It's perfect for families with teens that want to hang downstairs and adults that want to chill upstairs. Kitchen is nice, Bathrooms are nice, grills are nice. It's just an overall nice place. Would definitely rent again.

My husband and I rented this lake house with our friends. We were visiting our daughters at Clemson and going to the football game. The house is updated and very clean. I love view and the dock. We utilized the fire pit and everyone had a great time. We would stay here again.

The property was absolutely gorgeous! The views on the lake were spectacular. The house had more than enough room for our party of six to enjoy a long weekend at the lake. I hope to be able to come back soon!

This was, I believe, the cleanest home that we've stayed in. We had so much family fun especially in the gameroom, fishing off the dock, and doing smores around the fire. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

We loved the lake house! It was extremely clean, very nicely furnished, and stocked with everything you need. The walk in shower was a plus for us since we are all older. We all thought the beds were so comfortable. We all loved the reclining sofa as well. The house was beautiful and decorated so nice. The owners have put a lot of thought into every detail. The kitchen was very modern with nice appliances. I was very impressed with this beautiful house. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake in "Paradise" for the week. It was the most relaxing place and it was my kind of Paradise.

Very nice, private, quiet neighborhood. Great dock and easy access to Marina, restaurants, private coves. All our questions/concerns were answered and addressed. Owners were easy to get in touch with and very friendly, as well as the residents living in the secuded neighborhood. Great vacation

Enjoyable, comfortable stay
Having to be out of our house for two weeks for repairs, we chose to stay at this property and enjoy the lake as much as possible. The property was clean and comfortable, and is located in a great spot on the lake. The walk to the dock is manageable, but a golf cart would have been icing on the cake.

Family 2022 vacation
We had a wonderful vacation with or family. The house was great for all ages, with games, fire pit, kayak's and everyone loved the pool table. The down stairs is great for teenagers with all the games. Loved sitting on the dock in the morning. Great house and very well supplied. We plan on booking again for next year.

My family enjoyed our stay. We were in town for our child’s wedding. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful for all of us to get ready.
Having kitchen, living area and bedrooms on one level was great for my aging parents.
The downstairs area was wonderful for part of the family to have their privacy.

Great Lake Hartwell Property!
Very nicely decorated and well appointed lake front property! The owners were always available for questions. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked! Like new appliances. Outdoor covering for your vehicle. Nice fire pit with Adirondack chairs and stacked wood. Comfortable screened in porch with large tv and outdoor seating. Property is well represented in photos provided. Very relaxing and quiet property. Will stay here again!

Lovely Lake Getaway
We had an amazing time at this property! The view of the lake from the house is beautiful, and seeing it from the dock is breathtaking. Everything was so clean and you can tell the owners have put a ton of work into the house, which is greatly appreciated. We got to go apple picking at Windy Hill Orchard (~2 hrs away), we went to the corn maze at Denver Downs, and we visited Clemson, our alma mater. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice, quiet getaway in the upstate!

Stayed at house during a fishing tournament . House very comfortable for four men, well equipped , clean with modern fixtures and appliances. Driveway a little tight for two trucks and boat but able to manage
