About this house rental
Perfect spot to work from home if you love being close to the beach. - 3 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom - 1 block to the beach - Roku TV - Balcony - 5 min to Neptune or Atlantic Bch - 10 min to Mayo - 15 min to TPC golf course - 25 min Jaguars stadium (TIAA field) - Short walk to the best restaurants and nightlife in Jax Bch - 5 car parking - Can also rent both townhomes. Click our profile photo to view all of our listings. We love pets! $30/pet/night 1 block from the beach - you can see the beach access from the property. Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking in the area is available. 3 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other two bedrooms are located on the 3rd level. Beds are memory foam mattresses. Pack n play with sheets. RokuTV (access apps like Netflix, Pandora, Amazon Prime Video, and Sling.) Fully stocked kitchen Wifi is Xfinity with 200mbps service (fastest internet they have here in Jacksonville Beach.) Room 1 (master bedroom/bath) has two queen beds. It is located on the third floor of the house and has ocean views. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower/tub combo, sink, and toilet. Room 2 has a queen bed and is located on the 3rd floor. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower, sink, and toilet. Room 3 has a twin bed. It is located on the first floor and has a door leading to the backyard. There is a bathroom attached to that room that includes shower, sink, and toilet. We are available by Airbnb messenger, phone, text to assist with anything needed during your stay. We love hosting and look forward to making your stay as comfortable as possible. The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. Download the BeachBuggy App from Google Play or the Apple App Store - free rides all over Jax Bch! Personal car, bike, walk. Uber and Lyft also operate in the area. We do not provide propane so if the tank is empty, you can go to the gas station down the street to swap out a new one.

The Nomad Hospitality Team was a breeze to work with. Great location to beautiful beaches. Seriously a 2 minute walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and more from beach towels to nice pillows. Super clean. Very quick responses from the team. Walking distance to restaurants and bars! Our whole family enjoyed this perfect rental. We would love to stay here again. All around 100% great spot!! Thank you!

Perfect condo! Great location just down the block from beach access. Our awesome hosts were very responsive and left a sweet welcome package. The condo was clean, modern and fully equipped with all we needed. Can’t say enough!

Clean, clean and clean can only describe this centrally located well maintained property in the heart of JAX Beach. Walking distance to night life and the pier are a huge plus. Bring your surfboard when surfs up great break right by the pier. Check in and our super easy, Nomad sets the standard for making VRBO easy. Check out the Refinery for fine dinning.

First time to this area for vacation. Location was perfect, house was well stocked and clean. Chexk in and out was completely seamless. Will definitely look for this property again, or at least this management company.

This property accommodated 8 adults comfortably, very clean and pretty! We walked to coffee, restaurant, and the beach. Plenty of beach extras made staying at the beach all day a breeze!

Renters with infants: I was a little hesitant to rent this three story house with a mobile infant, however the listing stated baby gate. I should have paid more attention to gate being singular. This house has a lot of stair and only one gate was provided. Theoretically you would need 4 gates to blocked off the stairs. We did find an additional one in the garage, but it was very dusty. Still a great house but just keep this in mind if you have a mobile infant or toddler unfamiliar with stairs.

We have stayed in this property several times and I can't recommend Nomad properties enough. They are always clean and stocked for your convenience. This property is close to the beach, plenty of room, clean and enough off street parking to accommodate families vacationing together.

The property was clean and well-suited for our small group of 4. We spent most of our time out and about but came back to our comfortable sleeping arrangements in the evening. The only improvement I would suggest is making the bedroom with one queen more “couple friendly” since the bed is currently pushed against the wall and has one bedside table.

This property was perfect for our family. Our niece got married on January 1st at the Casa Marina which was only 4 blocks away! The location was perfect for all wedding activities. It was a bit cool out otherwise the short walk to the beach would have been great for a few hours in the sand!
