Hot Tomato, Over The Edge and Copper Brewery are within a two block walk. A Gas Station and City Market grocery also super close and easy to get to.
House was clean and very well taken care of. Big garage for storing and working on bikes. Really can’t say enough good things about it. Look no further. This is the one.

Great as always.
This was our second stay in two years at this property. It is the can’t miss location for any mtb trip to the area. Walking distance to everything and a short ride to the Loma exit. Highly recommend.

Let’s keep Fruita a secret
Beautiful house, beautiful yard, well stocked and plenty spacious for our family of 6. It was nice to walk anywhere especially to “downtown”.
