Bel hôtel mais chambre petite

Bel établissement La gare de métro sous l’hôtel La vue à couper le souffle depuis la chambre

Le petit déjeuner salé et peu de choix La chambre est très petite (plutôt une impression de 10m2 et non 19), on ne pouvait pas ouvrir nos 2 valises en même temps. Lit petit La localisation n’est pas idéale car il faut toujours des correspondances pour visiter les sites touristiques (sauf ginza). Personnel peu présent

Location close to train station and shopping mall

Safety and security in the rooms. My sons iPad was stolen from our room while we were outside and the hotel staff they didn’t do anything except they said they checked CCTV and no one entered the room “except cleaning staff”! I have traveled around world and left cash, iPads and laptops in my room and never got stolen, I thought Japan was one of the safest countries in the world but I guess I was wrong!

ここにしてよかった。

眺めがとにかく最高。彼女の誕生日に利用したが、とても喜んでもらえた。豊洲駅地下直結なのでアクセスが素晴らしいことも嬉しい。スタッフさんの対応も完璧で気持ちよく滞在できました。

Acho que a estrutura eh magnífica, mas a dificuldade de comunicação com os funcionários atrapalha.

Limpeza e conforto

Café da manhã igual todos os dias e com poucas opções, pouquinhos funcionários falam inglês e mesmo os que falam o inglês eh péssimo. Um hotel desse porte e preço, é inadmissível que os funcionários falem apenas japonês.

乾淨舒適，早餐很棒，風景很美

飯店位置與豐洲地鐵站聯通，旁邊就是 lalaport，我們帶小朋友去 KidZania 住在這邊很剛好。 check-in 櫃檯位於頂樓一開始還找了一陣子，lobby旁邊是餐廳和酒吧，風景非常棒。同一層樓還有分男女的浴場，很乾淨舒服。房間的部分中規中矩，乾淨舒適，窗外看出去的風景很美。

走廊是正方形的，電梯距離對面的房間稍微遠一點。

Beautiful views of Tokyo skyline!

Great view of the city of Tokyo (and Fuji if you’re lucky), clean and comfortable rooms! Good location if you want to be slightly outside the city. We picked it mainly because we wanted to have a hotel close to TeamLab Planet on our short 2 night stay in Tokyo before headed north.

Amazing

It’s a gorgeous hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Additionally, while this next part could be a like and dislike, the location is a bit out of the way. It’s nice to be away from all the crowded areas but takes slightly more effort to get to those places most tourist want to visit.

The room felt stuffy and it was difficult to get the temperature right. We were either too hot or too cold, and cracking a window isn’t possible.

O hotel tem uma vista incrível e as acomodações são surpreendentes. A facilidade para acessar o metrô, que está literalmente conectado ao hotel, é um diferencial e tanto. É possível se locomover rapidamente em Tokyo. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

A equipe do hotel não fala inglês, apenas o básico. No checkout, queria sair ao meio dia, uma hora depois do limite, mas permaneciam telefonando no quarto de forma insistente e nos cobraram uma multa. As pessoas que trabalham não são tão educadas quanto se espera, mas entendo que seja um detalhe comparado ao resto.

Großartiges Hotel in Tokyo

Ein top Hotel! Alle Zimmer sind im 32.-35. Stock und bieten entsprechend der Zimmerkategorie eine beeindruckende Aussicht. Auch von der Lobby/Rezeption/Restaurant aus hat man eine tolle Sicht und kann bei klarem Wetter den Mt.Fuji sehen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfreich. Mit dem Fahrstuhl gelangt man direkt in eine kleine Mall mit Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkten im Untergeschoss oder direkt zur Metro Station. Einfach alles top!

Leider war das Bett doch etwas kurz bei 1.85 m Größe. Für größere Besucher könnte es unbequem sein. Wer gern mal lüftet, wird ein Problem haben, da sich die Fenster überhaupt nicht öffnen lassen (Zumindest Superior). Dafür eben eine tolle Sicht! Und trotzdem der beste Aufenthalt unserer Japan Reise! 10/10

Zimmer mit wunderbaren Aussicht

Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung, Aussicht vom Zimmer, Frühstück, nettes Personal

Leider durfte ich das großen Bad nicht benutzen, weil ich tätowiert bin (auch mit Pflaster nicht erlaubt).

Fantastic stay with great view

Very nice hotel. Reception was a bit difficult to find, but did not take long. Everything is very modern, and the hotel is situated on a high floor, which is very nice. The room is a bit small but had a fantastic view. Everything was extremely clean. I cannot fault anything about the stay.

Прекрасный отель с наилучшим расположением

Главный плюс — идеальное месторасположение. Абсолютно всё, что вам может быть нужно находится рядом с отелем, либо с шаговой доступности. Прямо под зданием отеля находится станция метро Toyousu, здание соединено с торговым центром, где располагается огромное количество заведений (кафе, ресторанов) на любой вкус и цвет. Вы просто спускаетесь на лифте отеля вниз, и попадаете на цокольный этаж ТЦ, где есть абсолютно всё: два продуктовых магазина, много забегаловок с неплохой едой (есть подороже, есть подешевле) и прямой выход на станцию метро, что невероятно удобно. В 7 минутах ходьбы от отеля находится классный музей искусств TeamLab Planets. В этой же части Токио находится Токийский диснейленд, Tokyo Joypolis, Shinagawa Aquarium и совсем рядом находится аэропорт Ханеда. Все номера располагаются на 33, 34 и 35 этажах, откуда открывается шикарный вид на Токийский залив и сам город. Ресепшн, холл и ресторан Penthaus располагаются на 36-ом этаже. Ресторан итальянский, цены достаточно высокие даже для Токио. Вид из ресторана и холла панорамный. Лифт доставляет вас напрямую к 36 этажу достаточно быстро. Весь персонал дружелюбный, всегда готовы вам помочь. Кровати удобные, но маленькие. Шумоизоляция в номерах хорошая. Переходник на японские розетки можете смело просить на ресепшене.

1. Однотипный завтрак. Проживали в отеле 7 ночей, и абсолютно каждое утро на завтрак было одно и то же, что немного грустно, само собой. Выбор позиций сам по себе небольшой, так ещё и не было вариации блюд. Если вы приезжаете на несколько дней, то можете не брать завтраки, т.к. в шаговой доступности есть большое количество заведений с большим выбором блюд, где можно позавтракать. 2. Совсем крохотные номера, но для Японии это нормально.

Great location, Comfortable room

The location was great! Right above toyosu station for buses and trains. Easy to get there from the airport as the bus dropped us off right outside. Room was comfortable and the staff changes towels and tidied up every day. We had a great view of tokyo from our room.

This is a beautiful hotel which I will book again if I come back to Tokyo. We regretted not exploring the Toyosu side mo

1. Room is of good size (based on Japanese standards - my toddler could chase a balloon inside) 2. Beautiful view outside (can see Mt Fuji and bay area) 3. Peaceful neighbourhood with some malls and a park with playground 4. Good amenities - Hot public bath and a nice lobby area to chill in 5. Good location (the train station is just below) 6. Comfortable in general

Very disappointing

Clean

Bed pushed against the wall because the room was so tiny. Shower over bath. 33 floor still had street noise. Room located at end of two very long very dingy corridors. Very expensive restaurant. Our worst hotel in our Japan holiday travels unfortunately.

Beautiful hotel with amazing view. Clean, comfy rooms and very friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel is located within a really cool plaza. The corridor and the overall interior of the hotel is amazing. You walk through the main door and it feels like you're in a video game. The lobby is spacious and the view is spectacular. Staff were really kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised by the amount of free stuff we were given (tea, coffee, hair brush, razor, hair bands, slippers, etc). Sometimes I sat by the window for hours just to enjoy the view. It was my first ever stay in Japan, and this hotel added so much to the experience I can't even describe.

I have nothing to add - the hotel was amazing.

Amazing view

The view is spectacular ! From both the room and the lobby, it is amazing and justifies the higher price for a 4 stars hotel. Room is clean and comfortable, nothing special. Good location near the metro but a little bit far from the closest JR train station (35m walk approx.)
