The living area is equipped with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a dining table, and decorated with wooden furniture and a lovely turquoise on the walls, which recalls the Mediterranean Sea, located less than 5 km from the house. The well-equipped independent kitchen completes the layout of the house. The three bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con and radiators. The kitchen features a ceiling fan. The outdoor space welcomes a large porch with an area for dining "al fresco", and a spacious patio with fabulous views of the mountains and the white town of Torrox.
