About this condo rental
PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING Warm and cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo at Dobie will be perfect for your family getaways, ladies weekends, men's golf retreats or any other reason you just need to relax and unwind! Our condo offers a wood burning fireplace, a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and many other comforts of home. We have two master suites, each with a private bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with close access to the 3rd bathroom. All bathrooms have been recently updated with new flooring and toilets. After a day out doing the many activities Wintergreen has to offer, you can relax on the patio and enjoy the view of the slopes. Wood is stocked mid-October thru mid-March. Our condo is just steps away from shopping, the market, restaurants and of course, the Wintergreen ski slopes🏂🏂. We are on the 3rd floor of the condominium building. All of our guests are supplied with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and trash bags. For ski rentals, you'll want to reserve in advance. Availability fills up fast. You may also be able to purchase lift tickets in advance. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for more info. Please note: We are not considered "resort members" so you will not have access to resort run amenities such as the Wintergarden Spa, Devils Knob Golf Course or Devils Knob Grill. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. We highly recommend checking directly with the resort to confirm. Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing. Off the mountain are many local breweries, wineries and distilleries, including Veritas Vineyards and Winery, Hill Top Berry Farm & winery, Devils Back Bone, Silverback Distillery, and Bold Rock Hard Cider. The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo. EARLY ARRIVALS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED, IF WE CAN ACCOMODATE AN EARLY CHECK IN, WE WILL LET YOU KNOW

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our 2 young kids that are just learning to ski! The condo is spacious, clean, and has everything you could need. The layout with the loft was fun and the beds were comfortable. Great location at the top of the beginner slopes and an easy walk to the restaurants and inn! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our family of 6 (2 adults - 4 kids) had a wonderful time staying and skiing at wintergreen. This condo is located at the top of the blue ridge express, and easy walk to and from the slopes. Easy parking, plenty of space in the unit for everyone. What a gem, would love to stay again in the future.

House was very clean and well stocked. We had a minor television issue and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely rent this property again

Property was as described. Right on the slopes by the Dobie lift, steps from the Inn and a short walk to the Edge. Parking was right outside and there was wood provided for the fire - which we used daily. Overall, great stay !

We had a lovely time. The place was very clean, well equipped and easy access to slopes/town/market. Furniture is a bit dated but clean and comfortable! Would stay again!

This condo was a great place to stay for a skiing weekend. Good location for easy access to the slopes. We didn't stay long enough to cook meals, but the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies that were all in good shape. Condo felt clean and the furniture was comfortable.

Location doesn't get better than this! While 4 people in our family skied, a friend and I sat on the sofa in front of the fireplace with hot chocolate and watched skiers disembark from the lift all day long. We wished we could have had a poster to hold up a rating between 1-10 but my guess is that might have been frowned upon ha! Location can't be beat, and the house has a ton of space. Quick walk down to the Lodge, ski rental or the Edge restaurant. Will be back!

We had an amazing time. The view from the condo was great, looking out on to a chairlift at the top of the mountain, and we could easily walk to the ski area. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Would stay there again.

Perfectly appointed condo with appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils and fireplace tools. This was my second time staying in Wintergreen, the first at another condo that was not as well maintained. I'll be looking to book here first when I want to come back to Wintergreen. Thank you!

Wonderful property for two couples or family; great location near lodge and easy to explore the mountain, Skyline Drive and the wineries and breweries below. Plenty of space for preparing meals and relaxing; enjoyed the deck and the fireplace! Looking to make this an annual trip!

Nice weekend getaway
We enjoyed the property, beautiful views, great location and well stocked kitchen. The only disappointment was the lack of air conditioning. There is one unit in the loft and one by the front door that sounded scary. The master bedroom was hot all weekend. I think it was an unusually warm weekend in Wintergreen. If it was ski season, the place would have been perfect!

This owner was great to deal with. The property was clean and comfortable and close to the slopes. This is a second floor property, and the second king bedroom is actually a loft which
we were not aware of from reading the information. However the loft was roomy, has it's own full bathroom & the sleeping space is not visible from below. The bottom floor master/king room bed was heavenly, so comfortable!
