This property is privately owned and not part of SB Condo association so pool usage is not allowed at Spring Brook. You can spend time at the many amusement and water parks all with in a 15 minute drive. Golf the many great surrounding courses or ski down the areas snow caps in the winter. INDOOR LIVING : Flat-screen TV, Fireplace w/ River Rock and log mantle , board games, laptop workspace. KITCHEN : fully equipped , stainless steel appliances , coffee maker , dishwater , flatware , blender , countertops w/ seating for 5 , plus dining room table. GAME ROOM : Flatscreen TV, pool table GENERAL : Free WiFi , washer/dryer, linens provided, towels provided, complimentary toiletries , heating/air , high chair. PARKING : Parking area ( 4 vehicles ), if more needed use resort parking lot across street ADDT"L ACCOMMODATIONS : not affiliated with Spring Brook , if your traveling with more than 12, check out our listing The Bear Paw , a 5 bedroom , 3.5 bath home for 16. Properties are next door to each other so if needed for bigger family gatherings you could get both. Entire house We are close by for any of your needs. We have been really surprised by how clean the cabin was. Very cozy and beautifully decorated. If you are looking for a great way to spend a weekend this cabin is perfect.

We had a great time at this house! The family and I celebrated our Thanksgiving at this house this year and it went perfectly. This house is conveniently located, spotlessly clean, and has one of the most well equipped kitchens I’ve experienced. I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say about this house.
Also, Chad was very responsive and worked with us throughout this entire rental process.
Would definitely rent this house again!

Everything about our stay was awesome! First off, great communication with the host. He was able to let us check in a little early upon request. The property is amazing...great yard for games, sweet fire pit, and a dope af game room in the basement. We had so much fun! Thanks!

Loved “The Bait Shop”!! Best place we have rented in the Dells area. Super clean, perfect location & perfect size for a larger group. Thanks to Chad & Randy for hosting us!

The Baithouse cabin was very clean and comfortable. The pool table and games provided provided fun entertainment when staying in. The location is minutes from all the fun spots in the Dells. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful home and great host! The house is exactly as described and in a very convenient location. We were within 10 minutes to all the main attractions and areas. Chad was great! We had an issue with the door lock and he came right out to fix it. The basement is significantly cooler than the main floor, but there were space heaters in every bedroom which worked perfectly. We had eight adults, a teen, six year old, and toddler, but never felt over crowded. My only minor suggestion would be the pots/pans could use updating, but we made it all work. We would definitely stay again!

Loved this location. Had 2 families-one with a 2 year old, they took the upstairs. My family with way older kids (25, 24, and 23) took the basement. We each had our own space and the game area was a hit. Loved the also. We hung out there when the 2 year old was sleeping. Great walkable area for some movement and super close to the main area we were hanging out in. Would come here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome setting with plenty of space for my best friend’s bachelor party. There are activities and plenty of space inside, as well as the awesome yard outside with room for games and a campfire in the fire pit. Absolutely amazing experience!

Place was great, especially the basement with games and a pool. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the family and plenty of seating around the table and island. Also. Loved the bait shop theme, super cute signage around the whole house!

Easy check in and out. Damp, musty smell especially on lower level. Towels small and stained. Close location to dells and lots to do in area. Over all clean, but could use some attention to the dampness and some new towels.

Great Experience
This place was a great rental for my crew of 12. We enjoyed the firepit out back and games downstairs when we weren't experiencing what Wisconsin Dells had to offer. Thanks for providing a great and safe place to rent.

We had a great stay! Super close location to all the fun downtown stores! We loved the fire pit and all the space! The bedrooms all worked perfect for what we needed and was comfortable!!

When we arrived at the property to check in the code did not work for the door and we had to search the listing site to find a contact number for the owner to let us in. On day two we tried to go to the pool and we’re told by management we could not use the pool because the owner was not a full member of the resort, this was not disclosed in the listing or by the owner. We reached out to him and his response was they usually let you pay $5 a person to use the pool. They would not allow us to do that, therefore our family had no access to the pool or any other amenities for the duration of the stay. Also this house is listed as a five bedroom home but the 5th bedroom is merely an office with a bed, as we found out because it has no air vents which does not allow you to close the door for privacy. Overall the property was nice but sadly it did fall short of what the owner lists. We loved the community but will most likely not book with this owner in the future. If you are looking to stay in Springbrook be advised this owner does not have access to amenities and may not disclose such in his listing.

Perfect start to the New Year!
We had a wonderful experience at the Bait Shop. The house is very clean, cozy, and perfect for entertaining! We had issues accessing the house at first using the keypad, but Chad was quick to contact me and resolve the issue. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to come back. We definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this property! Very clean and spacious! Worked awesome for six of us to stay during our golf outing weekend. Didn’t have to go anywhere as there was plenty to do hanging out at this place! Would stay again! Had a code issue when checking in but Chad was easy to get a hold of and solved the problem right away! Thank you!
