Lounge/dining room with 42 inch TV with netflix (personal log-in required) Cosy wood burner, perfect for those chilly autumn evenings and large patio doors overlooking the garden. Kitchen with electric cooker and hob, with access to small sitting area just for two with door into garden. First floor; landing with three bedrooms: Master bedroom has a double and single with room for cot, and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin & WC). Second bedroom has twins. Third bedroom with a single. Distant sea views from the two front bedrooms. Family bathroom with bath (shower over) and washbasin. Separate WC. Parking; On the driveway which is shared with the owner who lives next door. Garden: Rear garden that is completely private and dog proof (having had netting dug into the ground). Small patio with lawn and shrubs. Garden furniture. Only 5 – 10 minutes’ walk away is Old Hunstanton’s soft sandy beach and dunes. This charming village is very popular with its restaurants, village shop and delicatessen. Hunstanton town centre and many other holiday amenities are about half a mile in the other direction, although the busy ‘land train’ which stops near the lighthouse travels along the cliff tops, stopping at the town centre and onwards to the south end of the town where you will find Tesco supermarket, the fairground and prior to those, the theatre, leisure centre, bowling and more. Walking along the cliff tops to Hunstanton is a ‘must’ at any time of year whilst you take in the magnificent panoramic views of the Wash and beyond with flocks of birds, fishing boats and distant sea views. Non-refundable accidental damage waiver of £25 payable.
