Location was great as far as being waterfront, because it was next to a bar, nights were a bit noisy for us.

This was a gorgeous property in an amazing location. There was lots of room for 4 adult couples and the views from the balconies were perfect. Andre was amazing to work with. Check in and check out was easy and seamless.

There were a lot of levels, so the stairs were challenging for those with mobility issues. The bar beside us played soccer/rugby games all afternoon and evening. The big screen was right against the wall of the house. It usually shut down at 10:00 pm or shortly after.

Location was very good

Towels were very poor quality, a lot of lights did not work, people kept parking in our space

Right next to the beach, huge rooms, the views were just the best we have ever had, good beds, and all you need in the kitchen. we loved the barbecues on the living room terrace.

Fantastic location and property. Spacious, comfortable, direct ocean access and right in the middle of the small resort town of Luz. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Could have been more info on how everything works (appliances, garbage collection, etc.) and where to eat, shop, etc. The owner just started renting out the property so I'm sure they will provide these over time.

Superb property with everything you could possibly need. FANTASTIC? It certainly is! A really luxurious house on so many levels and access from the back of the house to a small sandy beach was a bonus.
