Nestled in Beaufort, this charming house for £102 per night is a great option for your next break. March 2023 This private 544 sq ft nautical-themed bungalow features one large room with an open sleeping loft (the 2nd bedroom) overlooking the main floor. Downstairs is furnished with two rockers, a sofa, a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed, a TV, dining table. The loft has a full bed & twin bed. The kitchenette has basics but not equipped for cooking meals (microwave, Kuerig, small fridge). Sleeping for 4-5. Ideally 2 adults and 3 kids or 4 adults. Off-street parking & room for a boat trailer with prior permission. No Pets or Smoking A special home away from home, this recently constructed bungalow is equipped to make your stay in Beaufort fun and comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor seating and lovely gardens to enjoy. The location is ideal -- Just off Front Street and Taylors Creek. And a pleasant waterfront walk/bike ride will take you downtown and its many shops and restaurants. Meander along the boardwalk, see boats from near and far and enjoy local flavors at many waterfront restaurants. If you have bikes, kayaks, or your own boat, bring them...Beaufort is a bike, kayak and boating-friendly town with convenient bike racks and public water access. If you'd rather, you can rent bikes, kayaks, and even golf cars nearby. There are also public tennis/pickleball courts, an outdoor community basketball court and a SPLASH PAD within easy walking distance. There is ample off-street parking for your car and boat (but please contact the owner in advance if bringing a boat) There's a lot to do in Beaufort. - Take a ferry to Shackleford Banks or Cape Lookout lighthouse to enjoy the beach and waves. - Rent kayaks or take a kayak tour. - There are many tours--something for everyone-- a foodie, a ghost tour, a historic graveyard tour (fascinating). - Guided bike tours. - Visit NC Maritime Museum downtown. - Drive to the Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center on Harkers Island. - During the summer months, there is live music downtown. - Atlantic Beach, Fort Macon State Park and the NC Aquarium are a short drive. - Deep-Sea Charter Fishing is available nearby.

Had a great time with my significant other. She thoroughly enjoyed the cottage in the waterfront. We had a very memorable stay, and this was a perfect place to make memories. Definitely recommend.

The Bungalow is just perfect. Charming, very very clean, well stocked, well located, comfortable and private. Easy to access. Communication from the hosts was outstanding and thoughtful. We didn’t get to meet them in person but from reading the guest book, those that have met them can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. We look forward to going back!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The cottage is private and so cute! Very clean and roomy for a studio with a loft. We never felt crowded. The garden and trees are beautiful and inspiring. Close to town but not too close. Hosts were genuine and very helpful. Fun to talk to! We will stay again. Thank you!

My husband and I needed a few days to get away. This cottage was the perfect place. Very quiet with an awesome outdoor space. We loved meeting Dave and Clara. By far the best host we have ever had. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back. Thanks Dave and Clara for a weekend to remember.

We enjoyed walking and biking around Beaufort, and this location was great for touring around town, and very accessible to the ferries at the waterfront. There are many great places to eat and renting bikes was a real plus.

We immediately felt welcomed and at home in this cozy cottage. Dave and Clara went above and beyond and even helped us out with our car troubles and finding a mechanic! We felt like family. Cottage was clean and Beaufort was relaxing. The description was 100 percent as described.

The bungalow was great. Perfect size for our family of 4. Our kids loved the loft area. Property is well maintained and clean. Very convient location as it is only about a mile from the downtown area. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was the first trip my family ever took to North Carolina and it was wonderful! We loved staying in the bungalow! It was extremely clean and relaxing. The kids really enjoyed their stay as well. Upon driving up, Clara and Dave welcomed us with open arms and warm smiles. Immediately we felt like honored guests and even allowed our children to feed the fish which was their favorite pastime! The outside space was gorgeous with swings, Edison lights, water features, and the sounds of southern south. Inside was welcoming and quaint with all the features you could need along with the well-fitting nautical decor. We loved it and cannot wait to come back!

The Beaufort Bungalow was a great family getaway for the weekend! The owners were super helpful in communicating suggestions for pre-arrival, meals, and activities in the area. The space was cozy, clean, and a perfect fit for our family of four. We hope to visit again sometime!

The bungalow is amazing and so are the owners. I've never seen a more beautiful courtyard than where we stayed under the hanging moss. Absolutely regal, southern, coastal and elegant. I highly recommend this place!

This bungalow was perfect for the three of us, and just a block away from the water. The courtyard was just stunning and full of life - a lovely place to relax with a book. Dave and Clara were friendly hosts and happy to provide great information about the area. The horses make frequent appearances just across the water. We loved our stay!

The owners were very friendly/ helpful but not intrusive. It is a very pleasant and quiet location. Next sumner we may bring mire family and use one of the owner's larger locations.

We had such a nice stay at the Beaufort Bungalow on Belle Air. Dave and Cora were excellent hosts. The Bungalow is lovely and well stocked. The garden that they have created is full of birds and flowers and is such a wonderful place to sit and relax. It is an easy walk into town. We saw horses across the water each day. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Drop your bags and relax. Cottage has everything you need. All your basic amenities included as well as Netflix, Prime video, WiFi, and so much more. Bed is very comfortable cottage is bright and spacious. Very walkable to downtown for shopping and restaurants or walking along the water. Owners are wonderful and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed in Dave and Clara's Beaufort Bungalow April 24-27. The Bungalow was exactly as pictured and was absolutely adorable. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the Bungalow. I Loved the Front porch, there was a sitting area for coffee/meals, as well as a swing. Dave and Clara have done a wonderful job creating a warm and welcoming getaway. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Dave and Clara for creating such a charming getaway for others to enjoy.

This was quaint, comfortable & clean. The beds were amazing; I was actually a bit skeptical at first but slept like a baby. The location was great as we were literally minutes from the waterfront. We all enjoyed the peaceful natural yard and outdoor areas. We were extremely satisfied and if we are ever back in the area will be sure to stay here again.

I been in 3 different places in Beaufort N C in past 3 years and the location is great for the town and when you stay at this location you feel your in a relaxing country side with great mature trees and a great garden but close to town. The people who own this place are truely nice careing people. Fun to talk to and the place makes you feel at home. I will stay here again in the future.
