Nestled in Margaretville, this attractive condo for £82 per night is a great option for your next break. Binnekill Getaway Apartment has a hunting lodge feel, including taxidermy! located in the heart of Margaretville Village, yet it's quiet, clean and cozy inside, overlooks the Binnekill stream with views of the mountains, and there is a deck over the Binnekill stream where you can sit and relax outside. We're located in close walking distance to all the amenities, grocery store, restaurants and shopping, outdoor activities and the Trailways bus stop. There's plenty to do close by such as Golf, hiking, skiing, kayaking, shopping, bowling, fishing, antiquing and wedding venues. You can stay in and cook or enjoy the cafes and restaurants right in town. It's a great location for those that want to get away to the mountains but still want to be close to everything, you don't even need a car to enjoy your time here in our little mountain town. Across the stream is the free parking lot and the East Branch Delaware River, behind The Freshtown Grocery store is the pavilion where you can use the coal BBQ's and picnic benches or just walk along the area for a little nature without going far at all. *The Kitchen has a four burner stove with an oven, a microwave, coffee pot, full refrigerator, crockpot, and all the basic utensils. *The Living area has a kitchen table for four, two couches and love seat, one of the couches is a pullout bed as well. There is T.V with cable and wifi. *The Bathroom has a sink and shower with a tub to relax or wash up the kids. *The upstairs sleeping loft has a comfy king size bed, a twin bed, recliner and enough room to put out another twin mattress on the floor. There is also two dressers and a closet.

We stayed here for a weekend trip to visit friends nearby. Everything was clean and Sue was incredibly responsive and helpful for any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the ducks on the creekside balcony, and yet easily walked to shopping and restaurants. Pleasant property manager, very responsive to our request for help.

Several different areas to hang out in, all outfitted with comfortable furniture. AC is super-efficient -- the window unit in the loft (bedroom) cools the whole place with ease. Property manager is very solicitous and responsive. Location is great -- all of Margaretville is walkable, with close access to trails and well-located between other attractive town areas (within half an hour you have Arkville, Fleischmanns, Andes, Roxbury, Prattsville, and Shandaken and a bit more than that but still not too far you have Phoenicia, Delhi, Windham, Hunter, and Tannersville). Between all those places, there are a lot of hikes and eats! Apt is on the creekside of the building, not main street -- noise was infrequent and not excessive. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, and the description was accurate. It is in town and walking distance to the grocery store. Susan was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable.

Great stay for a weekend wedding in the Catskills
This is the second visit to Sue's property! The location was wonderful, right in town, near a grocery store, CVS, Bun & Cone diner, and many boutique shops! The amenities were plentiful, with coffee, tea, water bottles, and general spices. We loved
watching the ducks on the water just outside over the balcony.

This was a great experience. Location is close enough to Belleayre where we’re skiing. The space is clean and exactly as listed online. They even include some thoughtful touches that you may forget while traveling. Would stay here again when in the area and definitely recommend.

Nice and clean place
We stayed at the apartment for a couple of nights and had a pleasant experience.
Its clean, quiet and cozy.
Susan was easy to communicate with and very helpful.
The entrance to the apartment is private from a deck which we used to sit down for breakfast and just to relax outside.
Parking is nit on the property, but there wasn't any issues with parking our car across the street.

Perfect place for a weekend ski trip. It is about 10 minutes to Belleayre and literally 20 steps to Binnekill Tavern which is one of our favorite restuarants in the area. The host was great and even went out of her way to find and return something we left behind. We highly recommend.

Great clean place, in a small quiet town in the western catskills.
Everything was perfect, besides the fact that there was no private place to sit outside, and enjoy the mountain weather, the deck seen in the pictures has windows that open from a neighbor's apartment.
