Vacasa is organized and fine, no complain from the customer support side but the location was a disaster. Bedrooms downstairs have a lot of drafts, one was ugly Drywalled, not patched fillered and painted !!! Ugly like a stable.
Kitchen faucet is loose and needs fixing, fridge fruit buckets are broken, patio sliding door wasn’t opening easy. Furnitures are old and dated. Not enough kitchenware for cooking. Not even some salt and pepper over there. Basically they are just making money out of it and that’s it. They don’t care that if you’re renting a furnished unit, you need some basic necessities. if I wanted to bring my whole kitchen to there to be able to cook something then I would not rent a furnished place for 2 nights!

It is clean when we got there but the thing all furnitures are too old and the carpet really needs to be change. And the wifi sucks we can’t login. We just used the public internet of Vacasa. The price is too much for this unit. It really needs an upgrade!

Ideal for young families with easy access to the beginner lifts and the village. Some home improvements needed (patio door difficult to open) but overall clean and as advertised. Already booked again for next year.

Fantastic location right next to the village. We could literally watch our kids on the bunny hill from the patio. The unit itself is somewhat dated but it is comfortable and had everything we needed.

This property is ideal for slope side access. It truly is steps to the lifts at Blue Mountain Village. There is ample room for relaxation and 3 bedrooms to spread out in. This was our 2nd stay in this suite and will return another year.

This place is very rundown. We couldn’t hardly sit on the sofa as it was so uncomfortable. Carpets were stained with???? Kitchen tap was broken. Find some place else for the price, not worth it.

Absent and cheap homeowner
This place is in a great location and views, but the inside needs help. For the kind of money they ask for the weekend is depressing. I think the homeowner likes the cash in but never out. For me there is just to much to mention. But i will never rent this place again. What a shame though.

Christmas Vacation
Although the unit needed some tlc(mouldy shower, dirty blinds, chipped paint, no updated furnishings, etc we appreciated being able to have our family of 8 in one unit. Close proximity to the ski lift and the village was a huge factor in renting this unit.
