It’s a Family home in popular South Dubbo with 3 bedrooms that would easily accommodate 6 people,a sofa bed in the extension room that can be used for extra guests and a baby cot.The property is close to schools and about 3 minutes walk to South Dubbo tavern if guest wanted to enjoy a nice meal.Walking distance to Boundary road,South Dubbo park,Dubbo Waterpark or Tamworth street shopping centres,and news agent.Its within a short drive to medical center and Dubbo Base hospital and around 15mins drive to Taronga zoo. This affordable rental home has separate living areas,2 bathrooms one has a bath tub and shower.Theres a small front patio.Easy access to Orana mall and CBD amenities.

We had a great stay - our 2nd time here with our family of 7. The kids appreciated the books and toys and the swing out the front. Comfy beds and living space. Within walking distance to Elston Park and eating places. Thanks for a great stay Michael and Melgrace 😊

Everything you expect and more. As advertised but photos don't do it justice, I was impressed.
Comfortable, quiet, private, great property overall for singles, couples, families, small groups, kids and pets.
Awesome and affordable meals at Dubbo South Tavern (very short walking distance).
I was very pleased that this property exceeded my expectations and would stay here again for sure.

A really comfortable and functional house.
It well located not far from shops and other facilties.
Verry clean, and everything worked.
We had our three dogs with us, who were very secure in the enclosed yard.
If you go to Dubbo we highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant stay in Dubbo. House has everything that you could need (including a sandwich press!). Easy walk down to the pub for dinner. Great fenced in yard if you have wandering kids. Beautiful and warm and toasty the minute we walked in.

stayed for a few nights whilst travelling west. Property was: as advertised; very pet friendly. my golden retriever loved the space and it was secure, so i felt assured and let him play in the yard. The property was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. Good position for what we needed, Traffic noise not too bad for being located on busy road. The house was far back enough that street noise was minimised

It was easy to check in and the owner replied very promptly to messages. House was comfortable, especially the beds, and there were nice living areas for a group of 7. It was clean but there were a few 8 legged friends around. Kitchen was fairy well-equipped but the knives were a bit blunt. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful house and really reasonably priced. The garden was perfect for our boys and everything was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

We had a short stay and was very satisfied with the layout and the facilities and the location. The house is kitted out also for longer stays and for bigger groups too.

A lovely clean house in which to spend the night. We didn’t end having our dogs with us but we were very comfortable and slept well.

A really great house with everything you need for a family or two.
Very well equipped, comfy beds, conveniently located, smooth check in and helpful accommodating host.
The simple things like a little carton of milk and coffee, tea and biscuits made a wonderful stay even better.
Highly recommend the home and it's hosts.

Decor and furnishings were real houso.
I booked and paid for 2 nights and was so depressed by the place I left after the first night.
Lots of anti social activity on the street all night. Dogs barking, didn’t get any sleep and was concerned my car was going to be broken into or stolen.
