About this house rental
Situated in Fripp Island, this lovely house for £266 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beautiful updated custom-built marsh view home on quiet cul de sac in upscale Crooked Creek neighborhood. A wonderful park with basketball & volleyball courts & playground is just down the street. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Private upstairs Master Suite has a HUGE bathroom. This bathroom has a large custom tiled shower and jetted tub. This master bedroom also has a private balcony for sunning or watching the native wildlife. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, pots & pans, stainless steel appliances, etc. Family room has a wet bar, ice maker and soaring vaulted ceilings. Marsh view screened porch with ceiling fans, adjacent to the family room for enjoying tide changes and colorful sunsets. Second master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath and private porch overlooking the marsh. Guest bedroom has twin over full bunk bed with attached private bathroom. Flat screen televisions in living room and all bedrooms. High speed wireless internet also available. Screened porch, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom have a beautiful view of the marsh. Families of deer can usually be seen in the backyard. Beach access is a short ride away (approximately 0.7 mile). Families are welcome. However, the primary renter must be over 25 years of age. No college groups or parties. In order to enjoy the multiple pool complexes, golf courses, and restaurants, amenity cards are required for all guests over the age of 12. Amenity cards may be purchased for $50 each. *NEW FOR 2023: Fripp Island Resort has started charging guests a resort fee of 12.8% (of the rent amount) for access to the amenity cards. You only have to pay for guest cards and the resort fee if you plan to use the resort's amenities. You will be billed separately for the resort fee and amenity cards. Golf carts are the transportation of choice on the island. Although we don't provide a golf cart, there are several cart rental companies that service the island. Rental info will be provided with your check-in instructions.

This is a phenomenal location and overall property on Fripp! It's a quiet street near Davis Love Park and near the Ocean Creek Golf Course. It's also close to the activity center and the Veranda Beach Club. Just an overall great central location. Great size for a family of 4 - 6 as well! We will definitely consider this property again!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this beautiful home! The home was well equipped, very comfortable, and conveniently situated. It provided plenty of room for the family. Though I had thought we wouldn't be using the washer and dryer, it turned out to be a huge benefit and the fact that there was a separate laundry area kept the house quiet and clutter-free. The master bathroom was awesome - loved the shower!! The playground was located just a quick walk away, which was wonderful for entertaining our granddaughter. The pools, restaurants, activity center, and the beach on the island are all only a short drive away. We also made time to go into Beaufort and spent a day at the beach on Hunting Island (awesome!). The host was very easy to communicate with when planning the trip. I will say, however, that there was no need for any further communication once we arrived as everything was perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your home, Lisa. Thanks also for the welcome gift. Certainly not expected but definitely very thoughtful and appreciated!

We love that this house is on a quiet street yet close to all amenities. The park/playground at the end of the street was an added bonus. Also loved the privacy of the upstairs master suite to have an oasis away from the grandkids. Enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard from the screened porch and private upstairs balcony.

Perfect house for me and three kids. Son had the basketball court right around the corner and girls enjoyed exploring the island on the bikes. The best part was winding down the day with my own sanctuary upstairs with my own private balcony.

We fell in love with Fripp as soon as we drove on the island. The palm trees and lagoons make it feel like a tropical paradise, and the house was the perfect home base. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around the island! That was key to getting to and from the beach and pools. The house was very clean, updated, and stocked with all the kitchen items I needed for cooking.

The house is nestled on a quiet street, with a beautiful view in the back from the screened in porch. The kitchen was very accommodating for cooking; there was everything I needed to fix good meals. We loved everything about it and hope to come back next year!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It had everything you would want to eat, drink and cook in the kitchen. The front door keypad eliminates having to worry about a key. House was spotless. Location was great. September is a perfect time to visit Fripp and we recommend 14 Crooked Creek for a great stay! Thanks Lisa!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Highlights were definitely the ample supply of bicycles and beach chairs/supplies and the large screened in porch where we spent all our mornings and evenings. The living room furniture was also cozy and comfy. The layout in this home is wonderful and the stairs are very manageable. The large garage fit all our cars, which was great! The open concept and the living area is wonderful and the ice machine at the wet bar was so perfect. It filled our cooler daily! The location is also very convenient to pools and the beach and on a quiet street. The beds could use a pillow topper to make them a little more comfortable, and it would be fun to have more board games for family time on rainy days. The master closet is locked so there is no where to hang clothes upstairs but it is a very large bedroom, so we made do just fine. The kitchen pantry is also locked so we did have trouble finding space for all of our snacks and items we brought, but we may do. Overall an amazing property and communication with the owners was superb!

Very nice house and had a good supply of needed items.
Beautiful house. Had to call property manager twice to get the door locks fixed up with new batteries but she was on her way back into town the first time and may have forgotten to stop over. Which is ok. She was prompt and very polite the second time.

Spring break family trip
Our stay was wonderful! The house had all the necessities to cook. We loved soon the screened in porch and watch the deer walk by. We would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely but too short of a trip to Fripp this week. The house was so comfortable. The screened in porch was my favorite place to rest and read. The pace of Fripp was perfect for this tired family / Mom!! We want to return!

We booked a 2 weeks stay at this house to escape the snow and cold in Illinois. This home was a perfect spot to land! We have been coming to Fripp for the past 20-plus years, so we are very familiar with the island. This home rates in our top 2 places we have rented. Very comfortable, very well appointed, very well maintained! Thanks for allowing us to share it!

Very clean, and on a quiet cul de sac , yet still close to most everything. The owner is very responsive to any questions, and even helped us figure out the Roku. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Exactly as advertised if not better!
My dad and I stayed at this property in August and we had a great time! The photos are all accurate with a spacious living area and kitchen. The upstairs bathroom is also large and impressive. I especially loved that the house came with a huge supply of beach/pool supplies such as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, other surf-type boards, and inflatable floats. There were also bicycles of varying sizes. I also really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes/bowls/utensils - everything we needed to cook dinners. The only thing I found myself wanting were reusable to-go cups with lids so we could bring drinks to the beach other than individually pre-bottled water/soda, but that wasn't a big deal. The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this property and might be back with my husband next year!
