About this apartment rental
Updated furnishings - 2 bed room( both have a full sized bed) 1 bath - 580sq ft cozy condo with amazing views of water across street. 3rd floor walk up. Condo complex has a outdoor heated pool, washer dryer, Grills. Walking distance to pier, shops, restaurants. Fireworks every Thursday night. Close to Portland and other local attractions. Amazing family beach - quiet & clean. Sister condo 4 doors down is also available to rent if you are traveling with multiple families.Linens and Towels are not available. There is a private outdoor heated pool for summer use.

This property was in a great location, steps from the beach and about a mile from downtown. Not too far away, but far enough away from the crowds. The beach was beautiful, and again not overcrowded. There was a little grocery market steps away if you needed to grab something quickly.
My only reason for 4 stars is because when we checked in, it looked like the place was never cleaned. There was sand all through the house on the floor, and hair on the bathroom walls and in the shower. The floors in the kitchen had something green and sticky on them. I spent the first couple of hours cleaning the place. This is nothing against the owner, but I would recommend talking to or hiring a new cleaning service.
Jodi was great and responded to all of my texts quickly.

I am a 4th generation beaches of Maine vacationer and this is my the 4th or 5th year now staying in one of the Grandview Condos. Located between OOB and Pine Point, it is nearby the best everything!- beaches, shopping, restaurants. Other popular coastal communities, such as Portland, Ogunquit, and Kennebunk Port, are all a short drive away as well.

The location of Jodi's condo couldn't be more perfect for spending a week at the beach! On the top floor, you have views of the water and can hear the waves crashing from inside the apartment. It's about a mile from the pier, so it is a pretty quiet location, but an easy walk if you want to get to the action! Everything about the booking, checking-in, and stay here was a breeze. Looking forward to coming back in the future. Thanks!

The location of Jodi's condo couldn't be more perfect for spending a week at the beach! On the top floor, you have views of the water and can hear the waves crashing from inside the apartment. It's about a mile from the pier, so it is a pretty quiet location, but an easy walk if you want to get to the action! Everything about the booking, checking-in, and stay here was a breeze. Great location for a great price
Was so nice to open the curtains everyday and look out over the ocean. So many fun things to do in Old Orchard and surrounding areas!

This is the third condo we have stayed in at the Grandview. Unfortunately their was a mix up in check in day and a couple was staying in the condo. We were able to move in a few hours later but a hurried and unprofessional cleaning job meant my husband had to clean up dead bugs and hair and disinfect the space before my family could move in. I was grateful the owner refunded us $200 without asking. However, the place is just in disrepair. The carpets need to be replaced. There isn’t one piece of furniture that matches something else. The owner could do better. Overall we had a fun vacation but we won’t be staying at the Grandview a fourth year.

Can’t wait to come back!
Our stay was amazing! My family has been coming to OOB for 20 years, and this year my boyfriend and I rented a condo near my family and it ended up being just two doors down! The view was unbelievable, there was nothing like making a cup of coffee and opening the front door the heat the waves crashing and just see such a beautiful view. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! Jodi is an amazing host and whenever we had questions she responded right away! 10/10 would recommend renting this property, you won’t regret it!
