Good property, but booked this on basis of hot tub availability. It was out of use the entire time with no repair in sight. Vacasa should note non availability of an amenity it definitely knew about. Also requested info from them- no response. Otherwise the unit was good.

Buffalo Village BB207 - easily recommended
Stayed July 2020. This unit worked out well for our family of 5 (3 teens). Mom & Dad took one bedroom and the kids took the other. 3 separate beds in one room worked out great for teens who do not want to touch each other. Washer/Dryer is downstairs, but we knew that and took quarters and bought detergent before arriving. Location to trailhead is great...maybe 1/3 mile. Easy trails (Lily Pad Lake) to aggressive/steep trails (Buffalo Mountain) are right out your front door. We started on a hike to some falls, but got turned back due to a late day storm. Full kitchen was helpful for meals. City Market (groceries) is a short 10 minute drive, if that.

Nice little mountain condo
This was our first time using Vacasa and we were very happy with the experience. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. We only had a few things that kept this from being five stars.
Pros
Comfortable beds
Well stocked kitchen supplies, any equipment needed to cook a meal is there.
Lots of hot water (five kids here)
Great patio for sitting outside
Close to the outlets and excellent grocery stores (ten minutes to Starbucks, City Market, Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart)
Very quiet- we never heard other people.
Cons
The listing notates heating and A/C and says thermostat but it actually only has heating. It’s not hot but it stuffy. They did provide fans but isn’t helpful if someone wants to sleep on the couch or fans have to be moved when we were in the living room/eating dinner.
The condo itself is very nice but the building is musty and dated
The bathtub hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned- we all have blonde hair and the tub has long black hair on the sides.
Pool and lounge were closed due to Covid but that’s not Vacasa’s fault.
The bunk beds are VERY squeaky and can be difficult to get off the top bunk for younger kiddos who don’t climb.
Overall we LOVED Silverthorne and even with the few downfalls the rental was exactly what we were looking for! This is an excellent more affordable location than other parts of Colorado!

Awful experience. Your team gave us the wrong address by half a mile causing undo confusion and stress for over an hour after a long day traveling with three kids. The beds are not queen size beds. They are in fact very hard and uncomfortable full size beds. The 1st morning of our vacation now turning into a nightmare the heater is not working and it's a chilly 62° in our condo. The HOA is pointing fingers at the management company and vice versa. We did not anticipate having to have strangers interrupt our breakfast and dinner on our vacation. We were given a space heater which helped the temperature obviously but makes and annoying humming noise and constantly needs to be adjusted throughout the day. Horribly disappointing and the first time on vacation we couldn't wait to leave.

The condo was nice, The queen size beds were comfortable. The address referred to a street that doesn't have a street sign. Had to find vacasas number and contact them for help. Fortunately a maintenance worker was in a nearby parking lot and he directed us to the location. The thermometer indicated 62-64 degrees fahrenheit in the condo during our stay. Numerous attempts to adjust the thermostat never appeared to have any effect. We were out skiing during the day, so we only spent a short time in the evenings before going to sleep, so we just lived with it. Took us awhile to find the pool and hot tub and the code to gain access. There was no information on the wherabouts in the 3 ring binder. The code was from 2017 and didn't work. Another call to Vacasa for help. It took awhile for them to find the info and call back. We penciled in the code in the 3 ring binder for future guests use. Despite all this the place was nice and comfortable. The difficulties we experienced were significantly more annoying than the usual experiences we've had with renting condos over the years.
