Modern-Chic

The front desk was welcoming! Our room was cute and cozy, it had everything we needed. I wish we would have stayed for more than one night! Plus, we got a couples massage and it was amazing. Highly recommend.

The king bed was too firm for us but that is our personal preference.

A place to sleep and that was it. A little disappointing. I expected more.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean. Location was what we expected.

What I thought were two bedrooms within a one larger space were actually two distinct and separate rooms. Perhaps I misunderstood the setup but I felt a little mislead. It was not what we thought we were getting. There was no comfortable place to set and relax before dinner, after the beach, etc.. The chairs were awful, not comfortable at all. I never quite figured out how to use some of the lights/fan in the kitchen. Coming back at 11 PM, I had to grope around in the dark and having to use my cell phone light to get around until I was able to get into my room off the kitchen. I understand where we were, i.e., not a resort setting, but I wouldn't use this place again. It was a nice room with a bed and a bathroom and that was it. A place to sleep and that was it and I suspect I could have done better.

nice staff, great pool, clean and modern. Room was okay size, nice patio area and en-suite bathroom

our hotel room was at the entrance on ground floor so a little noisy. But with the fan on we couldn’t hear the noise.

Perfect location + safe, comfortable room

Amazing location, walking distance to everything. Very clean and nicely decorated, felt very safe. Staff was helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely time.

There were some very loud roosters that woke us up every night.

the place is great ! except the front desk girl under the name. Mariel. she is terrible with customer service. the rest of the staff is amazing. she is just terrible.

Lush eco hotel in the heart of San Pancho

This eco hotel is peaceful and beautiful filled with lush plants and a water filter. They take extra care to be eco friendly. The roof yoga room is great too!

Our room was right by the road and very noisy. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful place

Emazing hotel in a beautiful place with stunning view. We loved our nice and spacious room which had such a great view, nice balcony and comfortable bed. The palm in our room was fantastic! The hotel is located close to all restaurants and the beautiful beach. The personal was helpful and friendly. We loved it!

The only things that could be improved was that our welcome was a little bit frosty and we had to carry our heavy suitcases without support 3 floors upstairs. The fantastic room deserves a better bathroom. Despite of this small topics it was a great time and we enjoyed our stay so much. We will return!

Noisy room by the reception

It’s tastefully decorated and in a good location. Looks like some of the rooms are quite nice and may be even worth the money.

The room was not great, right next to reception and you could hear everything. At times, it felt like living in an open plan office overhearing conversations, phone calls, other guests coming etc. No sound proofing, little privacy. Not sure this room should be rented out at all.

We loved our stay at this hotel very MUCH and plan to return. Great staff on property. Lush enviro

The location, the staff and the property all met the expectations we had. They had the room stocked with many needed necessities for the kitchenette and bathroom. The bedding was extraordinarily comfortable.

It would have been helpful to have a microwave in each room and an ice machine on the property.
