Spacious and comfortable room and bed. Modern facilities. Really nice rooftop with a free pool table. Good views of the city. Cheap laundry service. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the hotel smelt of cigarettes. Our first room really smelt of smoke but luckily the hotel allowed us to change rooms. It says no smoking but some guests must do it in their rooms anyway. 10/15 minute walk to find nice places to eat. Shower has no curtain so bathroom would get wet. No mugs provided for making tea or coffee. Some of the lightbulbs didn't work.

You’re better off sleeping on the floor

The bed was something out of a torture chamber!! It wasn’t a mattress but a BOX SPRING! Completely unacceptable

Good stay

nice people, good location, spacious, nice bed, powerful A/C

The room and everywhere is clean. However, the urine smell is full of the toilet, probably because the urine would come out from the edge of the flush toilet. We tried to wash the floor everyday. The floor would left a long yellow line across the entire bathroom after the water evaporation. Then on the 4th day, we finally decided to call the front desk. They proposed changed the room immediately, so we had good stay afterwards.

Superb

The property located 5 minutes walk from Olympia Mall, very convenience to travel around the famous destinations.

The room soundproof should be improve, stay at 9th floor still heard the sound from outside.

Big Crime near hotel

Great rooftop with billiards

I do not recommend this hotel. The first day I checked into this hotel, I just had my phone ripped out of my hands outside the hotel, a lot of crime nearby. Unfortunately no one helped me from the staff. The rooms are all smoky, there is smoking everywhere and everything stinks. A lot of mold in the rooms. There is a brothel with women on the first floor of the hotel, it's just disgusting.

staff are friendly.

unfortunately it was not a comfortable stay. The room has smell of smoke and durian from other room. The noise are non stop from karaoke nearby, from the street and from the elevator. There were ants too.

Worth it in Cambodia

The room is better than other same level hotel. It has hot water and hair dryer didn’t broken. The towel is not moldy. The refrigerator is very clean. Although what I mentioned above in other countries are basically. It’s hardly to find a perfect hotel in Cambodia.
