Mattress was uncomfortable ,needs replaced; carpet in bedroom was very dirty and needs replaced;sliding door to patio difficult to open/close. Hot water ran out quickly in shower.

Upon arriving to the condo for the first time, we were greeted with gritty, sandy floors. There was hair in the shower, as well as sand and hair swept into the corner of the hallway closet. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, as well as a ceiling fan that made clicking sounds in the bedroom. Breakers is an older condominium and it definitely showed. We could hear every footstep and move made upstairs above us and outside of our unit, as well as vacuuming above us. The sliding door to the balcony was exceptionally hard to open. This condo is right beside Coligny Beach Park- public beach entrance. The area was always extremely crowded and playing loud music. We were not a fan of this at all. We could hear live music from our room when trying to sleep at night. When we arrived, the kitchen sink was clogged up with black particles. However, maintenance was quick to resolve this issue for us. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at Breakers again.

This unit was clean and updated with everything you need for a perfect getaway for 2. The king size bed was very comfortable but the bedroom is small. There isn’t an oven but the stovetop was all we needed to prepare breakfast. The location was awesome! Waking up every morning and seeing the ocean from our balcony was exactly what we were looking for. We loved that we could walk to shops, restaurants and even grocery! Check in and check out process was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need to within walking distance. The only drawbacks were the smart tv, which was fixed our second day, and the sofa pull out mattress was a little thin. But overall a great stay!

Perfect place for hassle free vacation. Parked car and did not use again until time to leave. Clean, amazing view, and very generous supplies.

Breakers is an older property in the Coligny Beach area (personally I would recommend Sea Crest Villas next door to Breakers). This was a nice upgraded unit which was one of the few units that had a king size bed. Overall the unit was really nice. Positives were nice floors, new living room furniture, all in good shape, washer/dryer was clutch, and nice ocean view from the deck. Kitchen was adequate though we could have preferred an oven over the dishwasher, but least it had stovetop and microwave, toaster and Keurig. Vacation Company provided a decent starter kit with laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, along with extra garbage bags. Easy walk onto the beach and appreciated the beach gear credit that comes with unit to get beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, etc, which were delivered to the unit. Couple of suggestions for the owner would be to purchase a new mattress (quite uncomfortable and too soft for my back), also track lights over the bed are falling out of the ceiling so they need to be fixed. The ceiling fan in bedroom only has a low setting, should be replaced to have high, medium and low settings. Please include additional roles of paper towels and toilet paper (we had to purchase more midweek). Vacation Company and the VayK Gear were quick to respond to questions or concerns so that was appreciated. While Breakers is a decent place to stay, it is showing it's age around the property and with the wood staircases and hallways outside you do hear people walking around with the reverberation. Just something to consider if you prefer quiet while sleeping. Breakers is great for the money but if you want to spend a little more for a nicer property, there are other options in the same general area of Hilton Head.

The location is perfect! The downside is the loudness of those above you and the amount of smoking allowed on the property. I would definitely stay again though!

Made arrangements for 2 bikes to be at the apt when we arrived but didn’t happen. We rented bikes at our own expense. Not the end of the world but disappointed a little. Nice week of relaxing and nice apartment. Thanks

Small but great for a couple. Very convenient can walk to restaurants and bars.

My wife and I stayed in the condo in late March. We had a wonderful experience. From the condo to the beach, everything was clean and inviting. It’s close proximity to stores and restaurants is a real plus.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It is so close to the beach and stores and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. The place was a perfect size for two people and the view from the balcony was wonderful. I would recommend that the owner provide higher patio chairs so that you could see over the railing while sitting there. The Vacation Company was great to work with and they came immediately when we arrived and could not figure out the TV system. We would definitely considered staying there again.

The unit we stayed in needed some work. The sliding glass door was very hard to open due to rust and started leaking one day when it rained. The shower curtain fell and hit me in the back of the head while I was putting a towel on my hair. The cabinets in the kitchen need paint on the front and the drawers could use a good cleaning. We have stayed at the Breakers every time we come to Hilton Head and expect our Condo to be in good shape.

We received a sweet anniversary card and bottle of sparkling wine-which was a nice touch-But after that things went down hill..... the property was NOT clean-I wish this weren’t the case....like the previous guest we also couldn’t use the comforter because of what We believed to be blood -YUCK! I also had to wash the blankets on the bed because they didn’t smell as if they had been washed :/ And the list continues...the dryer vent was completely full which could have caused a fire-there were ants all over the counter top in the kitchen-the toilet was very dirty around the bottom (I took pictures because it was so unbelievable) we also had MAJOR issues opening the patio door-We didn’t find the condo to be in the shape of the pictures at all which was so disappointing-the location and view was great and the check in process was smooth but that’s the only positives :(

There was a clot of dried blood on the comforter which tells me the comforter is not washed between guests. A stain is understandable, but this was a clot of blood. There was also a lot of debri under the furniture that had not been swept. There was also a collection of hair ties on the bathroom door handle from previous guests. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and does not slide easily. My boyfriend threw out his back trying to open it. Would not recommend this property.
