This private Villa is on its own floor (3rd floor) with a private gated entrance and courtyard. The elevator is right outside the gated courtyard. A short and fun less than 3 minute drive along the golf course will take you to the beach. No Lifeguards at Resident Pool. Relax in this luxurious Mediterranean style villa, and enjoy ALL the amenities you are used to at home. The house-villa has 10 foot high ceilings, 2 full bedrooms (family room has a Queen Size pull-out couch), and 2 full bathrooms each with tub and shower.
